Element Engineering LLC acts as a consultant during entitlements, hydrology /hydraulic calculations. Lastly, we provide green building certifications and energy ratings, documentation services, wind turbine generator and solar panel photovoltaic design.

Meet the Business Owner
Andrew H.
Business Owner
Principal engineer involved in civil engineering and land surveying with emphasis in residential and commercial development. Andrew has been the owner and manager of Element Engineering LLC since 2008. He has extensive interdisciplinary experience in both design and review; working in the private sector and the public sector.
Starting his career in the private sector, Mr. Hammond has drafted, designed and permitted a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Highly trained in all versions of Autocad (up to 2013 Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Moving to the public sector (City of Reno) as the economy declined (later NDOT), Andrew was able to practice in hydrological principles and permitting duties.
Wanting more opportunity to diversify himself in engineering and land surveying, Andrew started Element Engineering LLC. Delivering a variety of services to his clients.
