Java Ship Coffee is a mobile Beverage & Dessert trailer sailing around the Reno/​Sparks area. We serve a wide variety of locally roasted and organic espresso drinks, organic teas, personal cheesecakes, authentic Italian sodas, unique floats, real Hawaiian style shave ice. History

Established in 2013.

Mariah Worcester has always been on the go and working, ever since

she was fifteen. «I was tired of working for the man and with companies that I didn’t like,» she said. «I wanted to be able to start and grow my own business.» In February of 2013 Java Ship Coffee LLC was born. Java Ship had its Grand Opening in June of 2013 and has been sailing around the Reno/​Sparks area ever since!

Java Ship Coffee is proud to support this community and strives to use the highest quality products. We specialize in Italian coffees and use Blind Dog Coffee (locally roasted and organic) in all of our drinks. We also offer a vast selection of Italian sodas, floats, and shave ice perfect for the summer! We cater to everyone with our non-​dairy alternatives and sugar free flavors. We also bake all of our personal cheesecakes from scratch and have a variety of flavors on board the Java Ship!

My first time here was a few weeks ago when I attended Feed the Camel at McKinley Arts Center. Melissa from Mellow Yellow suggested I give it a try. I went to JavaShip and decided on the Double Hawaiian which is basically a slush with ice cream added to it then topped with condensed milk. I couldn’t decide on a flavor and the owner suggested mint even though it sounds weird. I gave it a try and was really impressed. I have been craving another one ever since. Wow, what a refreshing dessert this turned out to be.

The ladies who run this truck are awesome! The woman who helped my husband and I was so friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned with how we felt towards their beverages. They have a good selection of drinks from coffees to shaved ice and Italian soda. I wish I could have tried more things on their menu; they all looked so delicious. My husband and I both got the Captain’s Special. It was $ 3.50 or $ 3.25 (I can’t remember!) It’s a scoop of vanilla ice cream with two shots of espresso poured over it. The espresso was so tasty! Whatever kind of coffee, they use, it is delicious! The vanilla ice cream made the espresso creamy; they went well together! I was surprised how good it was actually! I’ll definitely be back to Java Ship, to see what other great drinks they have! I hope to catch them around town or at a food truck event soon.

Not only do these girls show up more places in a day than Superman, but they do it with style! From new creations to old classics Java Ship has it going on! We cannot wait for our next event with them so we can truly get «geeked out» properly!
