If you have read any of my reviews or check ins, you know how much I LOATHE literally HATE Subaru Lithia. That car dealership is the devil. The thing is though, the paint and body shop is wonderful! They are so pleasant and do wonderful work. Mitch the manager is so accommodating, and he only wants the best for you. Truly a pleasant experience to work with them. My car was in and out and looked great!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE for repairing your vehicle! I had numerous issues with my car after having it repaired at this business. The paint was scratched when they were attempting to put the door back on, there was plastic trim that was damaged in several places, some runs in the paint and some paint protectant (gravel guard) that was forgotten. They also got overspray on the carpet inside the car, along with some on the non-​damaged parts of the car and damaged the glass in the door they attempted to repair. After 8 different trips to their shop for them to fix the screwups, I had an employee get in my face and verbally abuse me. Even after that the car was never fixed properly so I gave up and traded in the car. The budget repair shops in town do better work than these people. Words of advice… STAY AWAY!
