McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonald’s in all of Reno/​Sparks! They constantly screw my order up and more often than not, my food is near cold by the time I get home less than 2 miles away.

I am starting to think they will not give you your order on purpose, this is my 4^th time there any every time they don’t give us what we ordered and it’s not even they r busy because I was the only one, they just seriously do it on purpose I am convinced.

Every once in a while I need a chicken nugget fix or am craving one of those vanilla ice cream cones which are surprisingly good.
Anyways back to the chicken nuggets i’ve come here when I want nuggets because the location is close to where i live, and the nuggets always seem to be kinda like warm as if they’ve been sitting out for a while
Recently I came here and ordered a 10 piece chicken mcnugget, and the guy goes its only .25 cents more for the 20 piece. I said no thanks but the guy was persistent for some reason and I declined again, he tried one more time and he sounded pretty professional about it so finally i said Ok ill take the 20 piece. So I get home and open my bag and thers only 1 box with 10 pieces??? Like what the hell he kept suggesting i get the 20 piece 3 times and then he forgets the order it was his idea. By the way the receipt said 20 piece
And before that I ordered some nuggets this time a girl was working and she was friendly and when she asked what kind of sauce I said spicey buffalo and the girl repeats spicey buffalo over the intercom and on the L.E.D screen it said 10 piece nuggets and spicey buffalo so she obviously heard me correctly.
Once again i was dissapointed when I got home and saw she gave me BBQ sauce

As it’s a McDonald’s fast food restaurant I know not to expect much here. BUT this specific location is probably one of the worst. I Ordered 2 oatmeals and received not only old dry oatmeal but no spoon to eat it. Also no napkins. The disgusting slobs that work here really make this location a huge failure.

I have been to all the Mcdonalds in the Reno area, I enjoy this one in particular because when I ask for a McChicken with cheese they ask what kind I would like. They also add spicy buffalo sauce to my Mcdoubles which I really enjoy. The people are great and always give me extra sauce and peanuts for my sundaes. I WILL continue coming here everyday till the day I die.

The place was ok, tables could have been a little more clean. Staff was friendly but a little unorganized. My coffee was extremely hot, I had to put a little ice in it to drink it. Hash browns were a little on the cold side and my sausage mcmuffin was nice and warm with cheese melted. Free WiFi is a plus.

Doesn’t deserve one star. My mcdouble was dry. Ends were dark brown of the patty, the cheese was old, there were no onions on it. Sorry to say although I’m new to the neighborhood I won’t be returning. Why sell food that’s not fresh, especially why sell food that’s been in the heating lamp for a couple hours or more. That’s restaurant suicide these days, yes it’s fast food but it still needs to be fresh. I would not recommend this location. Apparently the owner doesn’t care much about his customers. Look at all these bad reviews. Obviously something needs to change

Awful customer service from the managers. The employees are usually nice, the bigger Hispanic women in the blue/​black shirts are awful though. Also, if you’re going here on a break or lunch, good luck as they take at least five minutes on your order. I’ve waited 12 minutes several times. The only reason I go is because it’s the nearest one.

Gave me a cup with a solid chunk of ice. Unknowingly I drive away from the drive thru window and stick my straw in. The entire cup splits completely open pouring the entire coke everywhere in my car and on me. They are not going to do anything about it. They are not going to do anything about it because «we gave you the cup in tact and you drove away with no problems with the cup so we feel we have no liability here and of course are not going to pay for it». Terrible customer service for something that was completely their fault and cause. I even sent pictures showing the block of ice splitting out of the cup with its sharp edge and the soda all over my car. So be warned –never drive away from the window to let them help those behind you without checking your soda because it’ll become your bill to clean up their mess. If I could give negative stars I would.

This location is fully remodeled and has a spacious eating area. The staff keeps it really clean and are polite. Like most Mickey Ds they have free wifi and dollar menu. What my dad and I found weird was the fact that shakes were not listed on the menu! (Odd but they are still offered.)

If you eat at this location make sure you check your food before you eat it. I purchased a chicken club sandwich and after my second bite I notice the bottom bun was molded!!! YUCK! I wont eat here or at any other McDonalds again!
