It takes weeks to get appointments, even as established patients, and they usually run 30 – 45 minutes behind. The front desk staff isn’t even apologetic when they are that far behind. I once made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and received a call a week before the appointment saying the doctor decided not to work that day so our appointment was canceled… after waiting that long to get in. Waiting in their waiting room now, more than 30 minutes after our appointment, and was told there are still 2 patients ahead of us.

So far been sitting here for over an hour to see the Doctor. Was called in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and now 30 minutes past our appointment time for a four year old. Facility is nice and office staff is polite, let’s hope the consultation makes up for this waste of time.

The staff is unprofessional. The wait time is 45 – 70 minutes every time. When you do encounter problems with the staff, the office manager backs them up and refuses to help out. Instead she will threaten you. Doctor Killeen backs his staff 100%. He has no issue with losing patients when his staff has been rude and unprofessional towards them.

Worst customer service ever. As a new patient it took them a month for an appointment. Even though I did the online registration I was still required to check in at 10:00 am for a 10:30 am appointment and do more paperwork. It’s now 11:40 am and I’m still in the waiting to be called back to be seen.

Why five stars when the receptionist gets a C minus, the first contact on the phone a D minus? The medical staff makes up for it! Even though we paid cash as they don’t take Medicare, at least Aetna it was worth the $ 100 Thank you Dr. Jenny!

My old ENT doctor retired, and I was referred to Nevada ENT. I tried to use their online system to fill out my paperwork, but it failed. I had to wait over a month for my first appointment, and it took me over an hour of waiting and consultation before it was done. My doctor, Dr. David Mathis was very thorough, which made me feel better, and he listened to my concerns, which I appreciate. I had a bad experience with trying to refill a prescription, however. The doctor told me to just call them if I didn’t have anymore refills. When I called, the doctor was out for almost a week due to a holiday weekend, and they wouldn’t call in my prescription, they insisted I would have to wait for the doctor, and then come and pick up the prescription. I was completely out, and very irritated that they couldn’t call it in. When the doctor returned, I called again, and they said they hadn’t had time to talk to him. Then they called me about an hour later, and said they’d called in the prescription!!! When I asked why they hadn’t called it in before, she said«I didn’t think we could.» Get it together!!! I was glad we didn’t have to make the long drive from our house to pick it up, but I would have liked to have it available over the holiday weekend. She gave no apology, either. I like Dr. Mathis, even though I really miss my other ENT. So, I’ll keep going, even though I question their customer service now.

I went to Nevada ENT for some severe nose pain and they were great. I was a new patient and they fit me in asap with no problems(they could have fit me in earlier but I was coming into Reno from a rural area). They have an easy online systems that allows you to fill out most of your new patient paperwork in advance. Their office is clean and spacious with a little playroom for kids and easily accessible restrooms. The staff and nurses are courteous and friendly(especially when they see you every day for a week like the did with me!). I was assigned to Dr. Meier because I was a new patient; he is new with Nevada ENT but is very friendly and smart, readily answers questions and even though he’s probably a little more on the cautious side than some doctors, given some of my recent experiences with other providers, I appreciate someone who wants to be careful and take care of an issue before it potentially becomes something worse. The office called in my prescriptions immediately and they were ready and waiting for me before i even made it to the pharmacy. I would highly recommend Nevada ENT to anyone.

Dr vanduyne has done multiple procedures on me this year and could not say better things about her. My surgery went exactly as planned and follow ups were a breeze. I had a cosmetic procedure done in office and it did not turn out the way I wanted. Dr v redid the procedure at no charge and was more concerned about me being happy than the extra time it took her to do it a second time. Only complaint is long wait times but understand with such a great doc.

I went to urgent care with massive ear pain. I could not get into my regular ENT until March. Due to the wonderful care at St. Mary’s Urgent Care and the doctor calling around, Nevada ENT got me in within an hour. I’m not even a patient there! And it was on a Friday afternoon at 4! They did a very thorough exam, including hearing tests, and diagnosed my problem. I was very impressed. My own doctor wouldn’t fit me in! I will be switching and I recommend them 100%!!!
