Sick and tired of giving these guys a try, only to get burned. They make keys and do a horrible job. I had 8 keys made, all to the same lock. Only 2 worked. They are also very over priced, disorganized stock and just messy. Pathetic. Rude staff. Rude manager lady. I will never be back and will spread the word. I will pass this place up to go to Walmart. And I am not a fan of corporate type stores.

The last of the good ol true value stores still In business. If I need a small water piping part or sprinkler head I always come here. They might be a little more expensive than other big stores but they are close and convenient.

Great place to find just about anything. Most of the time, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Returns seem to be a huge pain if payment was made with anything but cash. You have to be sure and know what card was used for purchase or they cant process the return.

When I need a certain part, my explanation might be «the thingy that goes up and down». When I describe the area of the house… They know exactly what I am talking about. Not only is this place locally owned, but they are extremely knowledgable in every department I have ever needed help in. Thank you, True Value!

Left 3 big box stores and hit this place on a whim looking for ‘the part that doesnt exist’. Well, here at True Value, the part not only exists, it is in stock and there are people here willing to help me figure it out.
This place has something for everyone. I loved all the ‘stuff’ besides hardware and the entire staff was awesome. Even remembering our dog on a return trip the following day.
Go here, support this business as this is the kind of business we all want ours to be like.

Great hardware store with friendly, helpful people! The quality of what they sell outweighs the prices. Definitely a must go before the dreadful walmart near by. I was looking for a lock for a shed and did not know what to get, an employee quickly told me exactly what I needed and 5 minutes later I was out the door!

Terrible Customer Service. The owners, and employees lack in the knowledge department. The previous owners were Great! but whoever owns this place now has managed to turn the place in a 180 degree turn and crash it straight into the ground. I for one will not be going back to this sink hole.
*Oh and if you think you will ever be able to return a item, you are wrong!
**And if you think you will be treated with any dignity you are DOUBLE wrong!
I do NOT recommend this place!

I have always found the customer service to be cheerful, knowledgeable, and top-​notch. I love that I can get what I need because the store is always well-​stocked.
Richard — If you’re hard of hearing, you might need upgrade your communication skills just a bit, and TELL folks that you’re hard of hearing and could they please repeat what they said. Guessing at what people say isn’t going to get you anywhere but frustrated.
