After making and researching High Protein foods for ourselves and friends, for many years, we decided to go online with our recipe. A product development team consisting of family, friends, neighbors and fellow «gym rats», helped finalize the taste and options available. We now offer this great tasting and healthy product to you.

Craig was tired of cardboard tasting healthy foods and set out on his own to create a tasty and nutritious mix that could be combined with any favorite flavor and be easy baking.
