Had a bit of a problem with a delivery order. Pizza Plus made it right! They turned a potential issue into a great customer service opportunity! The food is always delivered hot and delicious. They give accurate delivery times. I inadvertently ordered during a big football game… they let me know it was going to take a while. I ordered from a competitor and was told 45 minutes. the pizza came an hour late and cold. I prefer accuracy to pie in the sky promises that lead to frustration. The pizza plus website is great and there are good deals for combo meals. All in all… pizza plus is better than other similar places. :-)

We have eaten here a boatload of times. The pizza is delicious and the kids love it too. My only complaint would be that delivery takes quite awhile. The platters have great appetizers. The sauce is really the best. The all meat pizza is tasty.

I attempted to call to place an order the other night and no one answered the 3 times I called so my friend and I drove here and we ordered two pizzas to go. The lady told us it would be 30 min so we decided to go to the store and come back since this place was overly crowed(maybe that’s why they couldn’t answer there phones?), loud, and hot. We came back to pick up our pizza and to our surprise they couldn’t find our ticket and our pizzas were never made! They told us they would make our order ASAP before any other pizza, I agreed to wait since we didn’t have another option for dinner that late. After sitting there for 20min watching pizza after pizza get made and other people picking up there pizzas(which most orders were wrong) we finally got our pizza. I don’t know if the pizza was just ok or if it was the bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth that made the pizza kinda bland, but either way I wasn’t overly impressed. It wasn’t horrible pizza, but it wasn’t amazing either. The manager did refund our money while I was waiting for our pizza which was nice especially since I didn’t ask for a refund. One thing I did like was the manager was busting his butt in the back working. I’m not sure if I will go back or not. Probably not.

Our favorite NW Reno pizza, delivery or carry out. Great pizza quality, similar in style to Round Table, but it just tastes better. We love the fries and appetizers(and sometimes just order a platter for a special family treat), and I’m a permanent fan of a chicken finger tossed in wing sauce because of Pizza Plus. Much love for this place! My one piece of feedback, is that I just wish the restaurant itself was a little friendlier for sitting and eating. If they had a few video games and more comfortable seating, I’d be apt to go in more often.

I absolutely love this place. Not only is the food amazing, but the people are fantastic! Several months ago, I came in to eat, and my food was taking quite a bit longer than expected. I just figured they were really busy(the place had a few patrons, and the deliveries seemed to be stacked). Without me saying anything, the manager came up to me and profusely apologized. Then they made my pizza, and refunded me for the wait. Mind you, this was all without me complaining. So, I have to say that the great food, combined with the customer service at this location(Sierra Highlands), easily earns 5 stars from me. They’ll definitely continue to receive my business.

Pizza Plus is a great option for delivery pizza in the Reno area. It has never let me down when alot of other places in Reno have. They always bring quality to the table every thing I have ordered from them has been cooked and prepared to a delicious standard. Thanks Pizza Plus for always being able to satisfy my pizza cravings.

I once frequented this place for its outstanding buffet that included their fantastic wings. Then, the price slowly but surely crept up. But, because the buffet was so good with its pizza, steak fries, and wings, I kept going. Then, the owner did the stupidest thing, the wings were removed from the buffet. Anyone that knows this place knows that its best asset is the wings. And they take them off the buffet??? Idiot move. And, to add insult to injury, the price increased again. Doh! I haven’t been back since. R.I.P, Pizza Plus. You should change your name to «Pizza Minus Wings» 2 stars for good flavor and horrible management.

Not entirely impressed with the quality of food that I received via delivery. Originally I ordered the 19.99 deal(1 large two-topping pizza with 10 wings and fries). The fries were pretty stale and the pizza was definitely not anything special, but their ranch is at least decent. I ordered mild wings and received BBQ, after calling back the location I did receive some compensation for a wrong order. I ordered because this place was convenient, and seemed reasonable… but after eating food in Reno that tastes so much better, I probably wont be ordering from here again solely on the quality. I am happy with the fix, but disappointed in the quality of food.

The place has booths & large tables fitting 8 to 10. We had garden veggie which was freshly made & pretty good. The omnivores also had wings described as «not too wet or dry or spicy…4 out of 5». The pepperoni pizza was«not super oily & they didn’t skimp on the meat». The front guy was very courteous and patiently helped everyone order what they wanted. They have little arcade games & big TVs to watch sports too. Perfect place for small get-togethers, bday party or kids’ teams.

Of all the years I’ve been going to this Pizza Plus and the one on Oddie, I’ve never had an issue. Ever! Always loved the food & although the customer service isn’t the best, it never bothered me. I pick up most of the time anyway. However, I came here recently on a Tuesday with some friends and there was only one other group of 3 eating there & a couple people picking up. We ordered a large pizza and a half platter. Our food took FOREVER to arrive. The other table received their food, ate it all, & had been gone for a good while before we had gotten ours. And when it did arrive, a lady brought our pizza & said our platter would be out in just minutes. A couple who arrived after us received their food & we were just about done with the pizza when I just decided to ask for a refund on the platter because we were ready to leave & it never came. The cashier apologized & it seemed sincere while the manager looked extremely annoyed that I asked for a refund. It did seem busy with pick up orders & the line was ringing off the hook, I just don’t think it’s acceptable to get other people their food before people who had already been waiting a long time & arrived first. And to top it off with bad customer service from the MANAGER, that was the worst part.

We came on a Sunday night, expecting it to be somewhat slow. It was packed! Not a bad thing really. I don’t mind waiting, but we called in our take out half a hour before they said it would be ready. We waited an additional half hour after we got there. Our pizza was never put in the oven. A fluke chance for sure since I’ve visited multiple times. Food taste overall is consistent with slightly above average. I personally prefer deep dish which Pizza Plus does not offer. I still enjoyed the thinner style here, mostly the sauce!

Pizza Plus is a great option for feeding a group of children. The menu has a large variety of platters so that you can easily grab pizza, wings, and fries. The party platters are really nice to make ordering simple and math free. The seating all throughout the place is designed for large groups. The tables in the middle will easily accommodate 10 – 12 people. The booths around the edges are a little smaller and the tables sit way too high in comparison to the seats. I don’t know about you, but I find it difficult to comfortably eat when my food is sitting at shoulder height. Tables were also very sticky, the whole entire thing not just a few spots. Pizza and wings I would rate a strong 3 out of 5. Nothing stands out to be amazing but it certainly was nothing to be disappointed about either. The one disappointing aspect of my visit to Pizza Plus was the beer. First issue with the beer is that it’s way too difficult to order. The place is heavily staffed but most of the employees are under 21 years old. This means that when you finally make it to the only cash register in the place, you have to wait for them to find somebody of legal age just to put the order in. If this place is going to be advertised as a «sports bar,» they should probably have a separate area for pouring and ringing up drinks. With the process being as difficult as it is, I would never consider coming here to catch a game or a few drinks. It was summertime in the middle of the afternoon and I was looking forward to getting a refreshing summer ale from Samuel Adams. This beer is meant to be light, carbonated, and flavorful. Instead what I received was a very flat, warm, and flavorless beer. It was like drinking a soda that was left out on the table for 5 hours. Overall the food was good, staff was friendly, and the layout was accommodating. I would return here in the future but would opt for water instead of beer. If I want to catch a basketball game with friends or go out for a few drinks, I would most likely choose a different venue.

I have always had great service here! Everyone one is so friendly especially two guys I remember(Casimir and Tanner) they deserve a good tip! The pizza is very good for being a chain in Reno! They also have the best mozzarella in the world! I am very satisfied every time I go in! All of the employees are very nice! Will go back soon.

We ordered a pan pizza with cheese and garlic cheesy bread for delivery. I was told it would take an hour to 1 ½ hours to arrive. It took closer to 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I placed the order the phone rang for a long time before anyone answered. Given the weather outside I figured they were just extra busy. Once the pizza arrived, it was almost what we ordered. Instead of pan, we got thin crust and it was a bit over-cooked. The garlic cheesy bread however was good. The taste was okay, not great by any means, but passable for inexpensive pizza. The cost is pretty cheap, which is the plus for this place. And you get what you pay for here. Not sure I’d recommend this place, but the cheap price might be worth considering-and they deliver. Be prepared to wait for delivery though. I had to call and ask about our pizza and the man who answered asked me to hold before even finding out why I called. The phone etiquette leaves something to be desired. I did tip the driver once he arrived, after all he did deliver when it was sprinkling.

Got pizza from here yesterday and ate there. The phone would not stop ringing. And they never answered it, the man who took our order acted like he hated his job ad was annoyed with yhe fact we were there. No one would answer the phone so it would just eing and ring and ring. Waited well over an hour to get our pizza and when we did they never asked if we needed anything. Just set it down and walked away. I dont know if theyre allowed to but someone needed to tell the family there to shut up and control their children. We left annoyed and unsatisfied. I woke up this and i am extremely sick. I dont know if it was the wings or the pizza but i reccomend staying away unless you want to eat in a place where the noise level is excessive and spend the next morning on the toilet.

Your pizza may not be ready when you’re told it will be. We were told when our pizza would be ready for pickup, and arrived a few minutes later than that just to be safe. We ended up waiting there an additional HOUR with no explanation before our pizza was actually finished, after being told at the counter that our pizza would be right out when we arrived. I think I would have been a lot less irritated if we got an appetizer or discount as an apology or something. Forcing us to wait there an hour was unacceptable. We haven’t been back since, and I really can’t complain. Their pizza has always only been one step above a frozen pizza, and there are many other pizza places in town that have better pizza and better service.

So, after experiencing a really BAD pizza buffet nearby *coughroundtablecough* I had been really bummed about Reno in general when it came to them. I will say I am quite happy with giving Pizza Plus a chance. On top of the salad bar and pizza during their 1130-130 $ 6.99 buffet they have boneless wings as well. While they are just glorified giant chicken nuggets in my opinion, it was a nice option to have. Giant steak fries and garlic twists were available too. Another nice option was a selection of wing sauces, in various heat levels, for adding to the boneless wings or even your pizza if you’re crazy like that. As for the pizza itself, solid stuff, nothing to go nuts over crust wise, but there was enough sauce and cheese to go with it. It beats the pants off the other chains I’ve had so far locally during a lunch buffet. So for now, Pizza Plus is the king of the pizza buffets here in Reno! Next trip will be for a normal order of pizza and possibly trying out their normal wings.

Can you say CARDBOARD? The service is less than stellar, in fact rather than waiting I chose to call in my to go order, but I was hung up on. The pizza was undercooked where the cheese was not melted, the sauce is pretty good, but it’s really hard to get past the COLDPIZZA that has cardboard tasting crust. Won’t bother with a second chance.

I have been here many times over the years and the place has never disappointed. Many times it can get packed at night with teams getting out of the«big game». But you can’t really blame a place for being successful. Ok SOME people can blame a place for being successful but I can’t. It’s just plain wrong. Anyway this place is great for groups. The special prices on multiple pizza packs and special packs with wings and pizzas. They have suck a variety of packs that there is no need to post them here. We ordered up the Xtreme Party Pack. It fed everyone in our party of over 20 and gave us a bunch of leftovers for the next day, wing wise. Pizza was demolished. The pizza is a nice compromise between huge/doughy and thin/crispy. The sauce might be a little bland for some though. They also have a very small salad bar that works just fine in a pinch. They also have a handful of video games so bring quarters if you like that kind of thing. Table spacing is tight so don’t go for privacy. Go for good prices and good food. When the wings are cooked right, they are on the verge of being the best messy wings in town. Again if they are busy, parking can suck especially if the other businesses nearby are busy.
