The ppl working here are so nice! A friend recommended me this place because I also needed to get something notarized and I did! I was in a time crunch and a little stressed to send a few papers, but the lady that helped me was extremely nice and helpful! Definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

This place couldn’t be better. They have been incredibly helpful. The staff knew me by name after I made just a few pick ups. They are very friendly and always smile. They helped us establish a mailing address when we were in transition between states and we are continuing to receive our mail through them for the security. An extra bonus is the two near by coffee shops to visit when picking up mail.

This place has all the services you need at once place. They are very nice and are very reasonable. We opened a mailbox there and they make a point to let me know if there are any packages or mail that does not fix into the box, before seeing the white paper slip. They always greet you and are happy to help. Keeping my mail safe and the best shipping rates in town, they have my business!

This place totally saved me during the time I lived in Reno. I was in a situation where I had to get a post office box established, but couldn’t do so at the mainstream USPS locations and even some of the better known, third-​party places in midtown and downtown, such as the UPS Store and FedEx Office, because of all the documentation they required (in my case, the local utility bill and local permanent street address, as I was constantly moving around during my time there.)
After passing this PostalAnnex+ location a few times, I decided to give it a shot. Turned out they were really accommodating and allowed me to open a post office box with forms of identification I did have that were not accepted elsewhere.
Throughout my time in Reno, their services were extremely convenient, as the shop had a full selection of office supplies, packing materials, copy/​fax machines, and computer workstations with printers.
They were really helpful with assistance in shipping a huge box full of skateboards to a friend back east, and had no problems accepting my customized 32 panel box, all the way down to the rolls and rolls of packing tape it took to hold it all together.
After I moved from Reno, they were kind enough to hold remnant mail that was still coming in for a short time, and sent it to my new address.
Definitely recommend, full mail, UPS, FedEx, and DHL services available. My only suggestion would be to perhaps update the wording on the sign outside that stated «Mailbox Rentals — $ 8 Per Month.» It turned out this was accurate, but only if you signed a 12 month contract — paying by the month was closer to $ 19.
