We just made another ATV purchase from Reno Cycle and Gear today. This is my second ATV purchase this year and my third from them and each and every time they have treated me excellent, putting up with internet pricing to get the best price and asking a lot of questions before each purchase. We added an ACE 900 SP to our Polaris ACE and Ranger collection, all purchased at Reno Cycle and Gear. Bill, Donna, Paul, Sherry, everyone there are excellent, knowledgeable and willing to listen to what you want and offer you advise. No pressure from these guys. If you like, buy it, if you don’t then walk. Really gracious and excellent people to deal with.

Buzz here has helped me buy two RZR Turbos and has been awesome. Brian in the service department is second to none and was patient and helpful when I needed work done and parts installed. The owners were also very accommodating when I had questions. Their service department is VERY competent, especially compared to some other places in town.
I’ve had these guys beat the prices on any competitor locally and as far away as Southern California and even Tennessee.
I have and will continue to give them my business. They have made a customer for life.

Thank you Buzz and the team for my new 2015 RZR (Black and White) me and my husband are obsessed with this new toy and the guys at Reno cycles and gear were so friendly, not pushy sales guys at all.
They know you are making a big purchase so there was no pressure on us at all. That day when we were even ready to buy one, Buzz told us to «go get lunch and think about it» I loved that about him. We came back the next morning and bought it and we couldn’t be happier. We got a great deal on the 2 seater RZR and loved all the accessories they offer to add on.
I feel like I can go in there anytime and get the help or advice I need for my vehicle and they will treat me just like they do anyone else. The place is smaller and not overwhelming at all. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Side by Side, Motorcycle or Quad of any sort. You will not leave disappointed!

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 5 years and I have bought 4 vehicles from them. They may be a small dealership but they have a HUGE selection of Polaris UTV’s. Far more than any other dealer in the area. Every experience all have one thing in common, it’s always a great experience. However the great experience doesn’t end with just the sell. Bill the owner is a super guy and it’s all about customer satisfaction and customer service from the sales department to the service department and even the parts department. You will not find a better Polaris dealer.

Having recently purchased a used Victory I was in need of tires and my check engine light was on. Ron hooked me up with a nice deal on a front tire and Cody worked some magic with my check engine light. Just went in today to look for a part and although they didn’t have it because it is an obscure part for a Chinese bike they were super helpful. They gave me a suggestion on where to go to hopefully find it. They also helped me pick the right gloves. They were super helpful. I will definitely go back!

So I wasnt really happy about my visit here I went in ready to leave with a brand new victory high ball and when I heard how much I would have been paying it made me think. so I called around to other dealers in California and it turns out this dealer was charging me 1,500 more than what I should have been paying and sliding in extra things to charge me more and this was after knocking off costs that they said they would help me with being a veteran and all. I would never go back here again for anything

Service is inadequate. The charged over $ 300 for 20h service and when I go pick up my ATV I ask if tire pressures were checked (I had specifically asked for that when I dropped off). Tire pressure was low. Why wouldn’t such a basic item to be done? Then they tell me that one of the tires has a slow bleed. If you knew that why wouldn’t you call and ask for authorization to fix? This is entirely inadequate. You expect better from a polaris dealership.

Probably the best cycle shop I have ever dealt with. They gave me a great deal on a Polaris Ranger and even loaned me a trailer to get it up to the ranch. Professional, courteous and a very knowledgeable staff.

One day into a 2500 mile motorcycle trip, my 2009 Victory Vision battery died near Reno, NV. I called Reno Cycles and Gear on a Friday and they told me they would start charging a new battery for installation when I arrived, despite being a week and half backlogged. Once they got into it they also found a failed voltage regulator that they did not have in stock with a normal 3 – 5 day delivery. Amazingly, they went out of their way to find a new unit through other sources and had me back on the road within 2.5 hours – Incredible – along with a deduction for the warranty item. Stacy, the Service Manager, was outstanding and my thanks to her and her crew for saving an awesome trip to Yellowstone and the Beartooth Pass.

I don’t own a bike, but I needed a helmet for auto racing. Went in to check them out and they were very helpful. They helped me find the ones that had the rating I needed, along with torment and everything. I like to keep my money local, but let’s face it sometimes that’s just dumb with prices you can find online. After finding the helmet I wanted, I went online to check prices. The absolute cheapest I could find online was only a five dollar difference to this shop. So spot on with excellent prices, as with shipping I probably would have actually paid more than here. I also wanted an optional shield that they didn’t have in shop. After asking about it, the guy at the counter got on the phone and said he could have it by 9am the next day, also for an excellent price. I said go ahead and they had it the next morning for the quoted price.
They were all very nice and helpful, and overall I was very surprised with this shop overall. I would recommend it to anyone, and will be back if I need anything else they can get me.

things sure have change since 2007! I have taken my bike in for service twice and both times they have kept it for several months only this time they have damaged my bike! I believe they were not going to tell me as I had to ask the service mgr why my bike was not finished and thats when I was told, he appologized for not saying something sooner not even the owner was sorry he thought that it was no big deal, well damage on someone other than your own bike is a big deal! now it will be a couple of more weeks and it better be fixed like brand new!

There are several signs of a good motorcycle shop: First, the majority of the staff actually ride, and actually participate in the riding community they sell and service. Secondly, they should never be open on Sunday. Thirdly, they should be prepared for whatever you can possibly and realistically throw at them. On these points and many others, Reno Cycles does and well deserves the title of «motorcycle shop.»
I can say that I’ve had nothing but overall positive experiences here. From the first quarts of oil purchased with a free weather report and where to expect to ride safely (it was the middle of winter and yes, I was riding), to their first St. Patrick’s Day run, to their head mechanic digging through scrap parts after the shop had closed to find me a much-​needed kickstand spring (and not charging a dime).
