My wife and I have come to rely on Erika for our property management.
We are impressed with her vast knowledge, from the cost of repairs/​replacement of some house items to the long term effect of incense and oil to the HVAC.
We directly benefit from her connection /​network of professionals, including AC repair (saved at least $ 600) and home warranty, etc.
Her prep work for house ads, rental market analysis, and candidates review are all very thorough.
Bottom line is that we are very impressed with her work ethic.
