We have a small travel trailer we wanted stored and because of Burning Man and just the general outdoor loving Northern Nevadans we had a hard time finding a spot in town. I found a place in Washoe Valley but it was more expensive and further away so I got on the waiting list for Zolezzi. In about 6 weeks I got a call– a space opened up and our trailer has been there ever since. The manager is super friendly and helpful and the space is just over half what I was paying previously so I have been nothing but pleased. The yard is filled with RVs, work trailers, travel trailers, and cars that are in various stages of decay waiting for restoration. It is easy in and out and the spot is large enough for my trailer. I sure appreciate the convenience and their pricing can’t be beat. Glad I checked in with them :)

I used Zolezzi Mini Storage to store my 199332′ RV for a little over a year. They were the cheapest in town by almost ½ and have quite an extensive waiting list to get a spot(I waited 3 months to get in). The office staff is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. It’s only accessible through the gate for set hours. It doesn’t have the highest caliber of RV’s/boats/trailers, but for my needs it was perfect. I’m not a burner, but looks like a lot of burner vehicles are stored there. As with any outdoor storage you should take measures to secure your vehicle. I never had a problem at Zolezzi Mini Storage at all, but friends at other locations in town have had items removed from their boats/trailers and that was with a security patrol officer on duty. So please do not judge this location because someone else didn’t take measures to secure their items.

Make sure you have good insurance if you store your vehicle in their outdoor lot. I stored my mustang in their outdoor lot and when I came to get it out to restore it the ignition was stripped because someone tried to hotwire it. Luckily the battery was dead so they did not succeed in stealing it. My mother was not as lucky her travel trailer was stolen off their lot and she had to pay the tow yard 2 grand to get it out and then the insurance company totaled it because human waste was everywhere from the lowlifes that stole it and were living in it. Their security is very poor there I am sure were not the only ones this has happened to witch is pretty sad for such a great community that its in. My advise is carry good insurance and take special measures to secure you vehicle as the storage place will make you sign away any liability and responsibility before you park it.
