Amazing and thorough job! We just had air conditioning by Complete Heating & A/​C in April, and couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only did they beat out Bob’s Heating on the price, but we even got a better unit. The guys came and finished the job in one day, which was impressive as they had to move a furnace, route wiring, etc. The way they ran the lines was excellent –it looked professional, which is important as we have a new home. As the days are getting hotter, we are very happy with our product. Thank you, Complete Heating & A/​C!

I strongly suggest staying clear of having a furnace installed by this company. You’ll be stuck with having to special order your air filters through them (almost $ 300 for a minimum order of 12) and you can never get the lady who answers the phone to call you back or follow through. We are desperately trying to find another option but seems they have us stuck with them.

Awesome. My furnace just needed to be reset but I didn’t know where the button was. I called at least 5 places on Friday and they all were «booked» but happy to send someone out at night or on the weekend at overtime (of course) otherwise I’d have to wait until Monday. I think Ryan sensed the desperation in my voice and offered to come out at 4pm — no upcharge. He reset it and did a maintenance (what we should do every 2 years). Cost $ 140.

My furnace went out over night. I called them and a technician showed up with an hour of my call. We had the furnace back up and running after about 90 minutes of work. The charge was $ 190 which I thought was more than fair for what the technician did on the call. Great response and great customer service.

We were selling our home and needed some very last minute furnace replacement and repairs. Anita was fantastic! She was very professional and was so helpful in getting this work scheduled and completed on time! The roof was slick from rain but her guys made sure they got the job done for us– We are so grateful for their terrific service! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

On a Friday morning, heading into the hottest weekend of the year, my A/​C unit would not start. In a panic I called around to the ‘big boys’ and couldn’t find anyone that was able to send a tech out until the following week. I happened on Complete’s listing, saw a couple very nice reviews, and decided to call them. When I asked if they would be able to get anyone out the same day, she asked where I lived and since I was pretty close to their Fairwood location, she said she would try to get a tech out to take a quick look after he finished up one job and came back to the office. A couple hours later, the tech called and said he would be by in a few minutes.
After spending a few minutes looking at the unit, the tech found a capacitor that had blown. He replaced it and Voila! We were able to sleep comfortably through the night in a cool home and it didn’t cost a fortune — far from it. I know nothing about A/​C and electrical and it would have been very easy for him to recommend replacing the condenser or the whole unit — but his main concern was making me happy no matter how much (or how little) it cost.
I will be scheduling on-​going maintenance with Complete and if/​when we do need a new condenser, they will be doing the work. Highly recommended!

Great service and I was able to get an appointment under short notice.
Company called to confirm appointment before hand. Technician arrived on time.
He performed diagnostics and explained what he was doing. Professional, knowledgeable and done at the price stated which was fair. Honesty: Also he provided guidance on replacing filters myself to save money going forward instead of having to call for service.
Overall, very good experience. I will use them again and will refer them going forward.

First they didn’t bother to call me back when I called and their administrative lady was away from the desk. Then I called back to schedule and they no showed my furnace maintenance appointment.
They only do maintenance M-​F, and since weekdays off are a rarity for me this is a major inconvenience. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I purchased a Rheem furnace from Complete Heating in 2009. Their service was excellent and the furnace is great. Since then I have had the furnace serviced every year. The price is very reasonable and the technician, Ryan, is very knowledgeable and professional. One month ago I had to have new heating ducts installed in my crawl space. This involved replacing almost every one of them. Ryan completed this job in one day and did an excellent job. I am now getting heat in my addition, which has been a problem since we had it built. I would highly recommend them as an excellent HVAC company, they are great!

The gas furnace went out yesterday and the house was freezing! I had no idea who to call and checked some good company reviews on Unilocal and they were all able to come out in 1 – 2 days and charge me $ 150 – 175 as a base charge. I then realized there was a service schedule sticker on my furnace from this company and I gave them a call. (I just bought the house 2 months ago so everything was new to me!) They literally came out in 30 minutes! The technician was nice and walked me through everything he did so I could troubleshoot or call them next time. He fixed the problem quickly and they only charged about $ 72. I am very impressed and will continue using them for future services.
