I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review of a business but after working with this company for 3 years and having absolutely wonderful service from them, I feel it neccessary to give a shout out. Things I love about this company:
1) our building does not have an elevator and we are on the second floor with 2 large shred bins. DB Secure staff never complains or hesitates to haul our recycling down 2 flights of stairs
2) DB Secure is always there on the day they say they are going to be and if not, they call ahead of time to let you know WHEN they will be there. If this happens, its usually the next day.
3) DB Secure employees are always polite, professional and quiet. I know quiet may be perceived as being a bad thing but in a quiet office, its very nice to have a quiet service.
4) DB Secure employees are always smiling.
