No nonsense and straight to the point kind of burger place. I love the Renton location, they don’t typically disappoint. Free toppings and giant servings of fries. I am happy. Minus one star because parking can be a bitch and prices are a little steep in my opinion. Not saying it’s not worth it, but I can’t see myself paying this much for burgers often.

LOVE this Five Guys location! The service is incredible and the food is always fast and fresh. I don’t think I’ve been to a better fast service burger joint before. Every time I come in I’ve had a great experience. All the Five Guys employees are hard working and committed to providing the best service possible. Special recognition to Fredy G. who is a great employee at this location who should be recognized for his great work ethic and positive attitude!

OK haters, THIS is the burger place. Hand-cut fries, not deep fried, burger patties that are prepared just before placed on the burner. Nothing better than a patty that did not come out of the freezer! All locations, even back on the east coast, the atmosphere is the same in their restaurants. Rock music, peanuts everywhere, happy people, and friendly staff. I also love those soft drink machines where I can get Grape MelloYello. =) I have never had a bad experience at any location, any state. Go!

Are these burgers supposed to be bland? Ordered a Little Hamburger and loaded it up with toppings, and for all the messiness it didn’t deliver on flavor. Maybe bacon is necessary to bring flavor to their burger, it was my first time trying Five Guys. I think seasoning the burger patty on the grill would go a long way, because the meat itself is definitely better than regular fast food joints. Their approach to toppings is genius, kudos to them for not nickel and diming customers on ketchup and pickles. Fries were a letdown as well, they looked great but were dry and short on flavor. I ended up dumping most of them, the smallest order still is a huge pile of fries, as everything on the menu is huge. The price is high for fast food, but the portion size is very large — nothing like getting a «little» hamburger that shows 800 calories on the menu with toppings. The portions alone are a turnoff for me, but this is America and a new burger joint has to go big or be ignored, so I don’t blame 5 guys for that.

Dear management, If I could have given this place a ‘0’, I would have. When I first came in I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. Then the cashier was really rude with me and I felt rushed to order — in addition to her giving me sass about how many burgers I wanted. I paid $ 16+ dollars for a burger, fries & a drink when I could have paid that much at a nice end restaurant & got better service. I don’t think I will frequent here again — I asked for the name of the Cashier because I wanted to speak to a manager — the cashier gave me lip & said its Cecelia even the name on the receipt Anna… I expect some sort of follow up

By far the best burger place I’ve ever had I don’t know if I was just starving or what but I need to go back asap. Great food. I now know why this is one of the fastest growing fast causal food chains in America.

It’s been a while since I’ve been back and I don’t remember these prices. They have no kid menu so I paid $ 5.29 for a little plain cheeseburger. The burger was juicy yet tasteless but all the extras made it a little better. The fries are the best. To me not worth the amount of money for just an okay burger.

Free peanuts rock! At the heart of the Landing this place is an awesome eatery before or after the movies at the Cinema Regal!

Five Guys is a step up from McDonald’s and a step down from Lunchbox Lab. It’s great in what it does, providing good food for a reasonable price and speedy time. I’m a fan of their Cajun fries, be careful because it has a lot of flavors and can become quickly addicting. The atmosphere is décor like an old diner with their signature color being red. I must say, I have not tried their burgers yet to give an actual critic on them, but their hot dog is delicious. It’s also great that you can put unlimited amount of condiments and toppings for no additional charges! Tell me about your experience if you’ve been here or is going to after reading this review:)

The Landing location is closer to where I live and there are many surrounding businesses so it’s a good spot to grab food. I always order the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, grilled onions, ketchup, and grilled mushrooms. There are a lot of options for toppings and it doesn’t cost any extra for them! The burger is pretty messy to eat but still very delicious! They put A LOT of fries in your cup as well as some in your to go bag no matter what size you get so that’s a huge plus for me. I always feel bad when I can’t finish it though. I’m not a huge fan of peanuts but I like how you can grab a small complimentary basket of them while you wait for your order. I know there are other food options on the menu like grilled cheese and hot dogs but I have yet to try them. Sometimes it can get busy but usually when I go it isn’t, probably because I don’t go on busy weekends or peak traffic hours after work. There’s usually a good number of places to sit. I think this place would be more cool if they had shakes! But unfortunately that isn’t an option.): but for the most part I love Five Guys!

Not the best burgers but they certainly do their best with FREE toppings! :) long wait but you’re provided shelled peanuts. I like the part that they provide malt vinegar. Yum! By the way, they really put a lot of fries in the bag when you order fries with your burger to a point you need you eat the fries in order to get to your burger buried under. That’s a lot of fries! If you’re hungry before or after watching a movie next door, this will be a great place to hang out and eat. Problem is that that’s pretty much what he movie-goers are also thinking, so this place get packed! If the weather or temps are okay, there ate outdoor seating.

Good, greasy burgers. Fries are cooked hot to your order and use fresh potatoes. Yes, the burgers are kinda pricey($ 8) but they’re huge and come with a crap load of toppings. The wait can be a while around dinner hours, so I recommend calling ahead or ordering online to speed up the process. They have open boxes of peanuts everywhere in this location, which is nice to munch on while you wait, but beware if you have food allergies. I only wish they made shakes…

It has been a while since I ate at a Five Guys and now I remember why. I ordered the Little Cheesburger, regular size fries, and regular size drink. The total came out to be a little over $ 14. Steep for a fast food joint and the quality was not how I remembered it the first time I ate there. The fries weren’t all that crispy and the burger just wasn’t impressive. Sad. I’ll probably try a Five Guys again but probably not this location.

A regular fast food burger joint with hot dogs too and a huge portion size of fries. Prices are cheap. Burgers are made well. Similar to In-N-Out except no drive thru. I have no understanding of why or how the chain gets rave reviews with newspaper articles written about them. I’ve had better burgers at Red Robin! The people who work here are really efficient and happy to answer questions. Free peanuts if you want them. I don’t so no opinion on that. Really dislike people throwing shells on the floor. I’ve never understood why people do that at all, much less in public. Parking is available on the garage or at the curb if you can find it. Food: 3.5 Service: 4 Ambiance: 2 Parking: 4

A small group of us went for burgers after the Movie. Food is good and this place has so many toppings for your burger at no additional cost. From grilled onion, sauté mushrooms, relish mayo, ketchup, mustard, tomatoes and more… Would definitely recommend. reasonably priced. It costed me about $ 50.00 for 5 of us(cheese burgers, bacon, soda and 2 orders of French fries that was more than the five of us could eat.

I really don’t get all the fuss about Five Guys. It’s a burger. As burgers go, it’s a good one, and you can customize it, so that’s nice, but nothing to get excited over. Yes, they have big boxes of peanuts sitting all around, so help yourself while you wait for your custom burger(because you will wait); I don’t really care for peanuts so it’s not a selling point. The«hand-cut» fries are, like the burgers, fine as far as it goes, but if you’re going to hand-cut them, maybe whoever is doing it could toss out all the little end bits that don’t cook up well? Because, if they don’t, I have to. I’ll give points to this location: it’s a clean, pleasant restaurant with some outdoor seating. The staff are friendly and keep things moving. The other patrons were friendly, too. They play good music while you wait, and they have the soda machines that I love, that have a zillion or so kinds of soda. Diet ginger ale makes me happy, and who else has it alongside a quick burger?(Seriously, let me know). It’s pretty decent, nothing amazing, but fine if you need your fast food fix.

I am a fan once in a while when I am in the mood for a greasy gut bomb and a ton of fry’s. I do love their fry’s Most of the time I come here at lunch time during the week and it is PACKED. They have enough staff on hand to cover it but it still takes a while since everything is made to order and fresh. I like that you can call and place your order ahead. The dining room in this place is SPOTLESS. There is always some one out wiping tables, sweeping, stocking etc. It is probably the cleanest fast food place that you can go to. It is a decent burger at a decent price.

Free toppings! Yes please! The burgers are so yummy. Reminds me of Dick’s but you can customize your burger!!! Love how they have grilled onions and mushrooms! Something you wouldn’t expect at a fast food joint! Love the fries! A small was able to feed 3 of us! They are good even cold! And you cant beat the price! Also love the free peanuts while you wait! My daughter now thinks ever place we eat needs to have them!

Amazing food as usual! Great service 15 minutes before close, and the employees were still happy to be there. Couldn’t ask for anything else. They also have the coca cola freestyle machine… who doesn’t love 200+ flavors of soda.
