If your business hours are posted that you’re open at 10am, then why did I wait till 11:10am and still closed? The first time, you didn’t open till 10:45 and today I just left after waiting over an hour after posted opening time.
Also, do not use a photo you took of my hands to fake a 5 star review.

Woot! Came in for my fill and Ivy did a great job! I walked in with 2 other people and even though she was the only one working, she worked diligently and quickly to get us finished in a timely manner. Ivy didn’t rush and made us feel very welcome

It’s difficult to come across a decent foot massage along with your pedicure at nail salons these days, this spot definitely did the trick! I was searching for a nail salon open late on weekends and came across this small joint. Parking is extremely tight, salon is quite small, but neither of those are issues compared to their exceptional service. I came in an hour before closing and ended up staying forty mins pass their closing time for a full set and pedi, staff assured I was satisfied despite my horrible timing. Great color selection on regular and gel polishes. Shape of my nails turned out perfectly how I wanted. Staff definitely took quality time on pampering me from the moment I walked in until I left. I strongly support small businesses like these and will definitely be coming back.

Terrible! No parking, dirty salon and slow. I sat in a pedi chair with feet soaking for at least 20 minutes, waiting and nobody talked to me or told me how long i would be waiting. I finally got up & left. I won’t be back.

I went here based off these awesome reviews and also a coworker who recommended how nice the ladies were in this salon however my experience wasn’t bad customer service-​wise but moreso nail technique. I requested a slightly shorter length with an almond to pointy shaping. All nail salons I’ve gone to typically look up at you to verify the cut before actually cutting but she went for it and cut away! Here I am thinking how is she going to do a point with the amount she just cut off??? Each fingernail were different lengths! Lol… I knew at this point I should’ve just went to my regular salon and took that extra 15 minute ride to Kent. As I sit being patient and hopeful thinking she was going to fix it once she started laying down the acrylic. NOPE! All still different variations of shape and length (and I normally let a slight bump or imperfection slide) after filing was done. There was a square, round, almond, and even a «leaning tower of pisa shape»! She could tell I was unhappy with it and I politely asked her to just remove it and I’ll just pay for the service. Not sure if she got offended but as she was removing the nails, she jabbed me pretty good then had me soak my nail in acetone with my open sore stinging the crap outta me! Omg… as long as I’ve been getting my nails done have I ever walked out without giving a tip or a chance to redeem themselves. I apologized for the trouble but I just couldn’t waste my time with poor technique. Also… the almond to pointed shape is an added cost which other salons don’t charge extra but I was willing to pay if they did a good job. Maybe I didn’t get the best of customer service because it was after 5pm and they were ready to roll out? But I’m sure they’re awesome to their regulars… sadly, I won’t be one of them.

I found them after searching nail salons open on Sundays on Unilocal and they popped up. So glad I stopped in here because my experience was nothing short of awesome! B was my nail technician and she was great. She knows what she is doing and her customer service is spectacular. She’s so nice! She filed my nails perfectly… I’ve never been 100% satisfied with my nail shape until today. She did everything pretty quickly but so detailed due to her skill level. I would definitely recommend you check this salon out and request B. Theresa, another manicurist, was also there and super sweet as well even though she didn’t work on my nails. Love love love! This might just be my new nail spot. :-)
I got both my hands and feet done for $ 45 (gel on hands, regular polish on feet) but they told me they have a special for mani-​pedis (regular polish only) Monday through Thursday for only $ 35.

Today I came in and got my nails done and the color was to light so she was helpful to change my color to a closer color… they were kind and nice. I appreciate your guys help today

Its been about 9days since I’ve gotten my gel manis. Still looking perfectly good. Owner is super nice and sweet. Glad I finally found a place I can trust and go to that’s very close to my house.

I am beyond pleased and impressed with the customer service, cleanliness & quality of this nail salon. The manager, Michelle, is the kindest woman and so good at what she does. She takes a genuine interest in you and your needs. They have a huge selection of colors and services. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

Wonderful customer service! Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was comfortable. The manicure I received was high quality and well done. I would recommend this place to any and everyone I had such a great experience!

I don’t rate places unless I really am satisfied with a service. And this place is reasonable price and great customer service, asking if I wanted tea or water about 3 times. They have the best 35 $ pedicure spa ever. The manager Michelle explained me the difference of a regular pedicure and the deluxe, so I was willing to try it. The best ever! I got a foot mask, hot wax, lemons in my foot soak, smooth rocks, massage and cleaning, so so worth it. And my shellac was only 20 $. Amazing! I’m referring anyone and everyone including my own family to this place! !!!

Another good place to be. Thumbs up for a really good customer service. I love how they do my nails. Clean environment. And it’s really nice for them to remember my name. I would definitely recommend it. It’s not far from where I work so it’s definitely a convenience for me.

Clean space, nice zen-​like atmosphere, and equally as nice customer service. They did amazing work, I have no complaints!
And a point that I do want to share — being an Asian American woman, normally when I walk into a nail salon, the ladies either harass me about what ethnicity I am (and when they found out I’m Chinese, then start talking to me in Chinese… which I don’t even speak anyways so… could you please not?) or they talk to each other in their native tongue (and from what my friends have told me, it’s usually bad-​mouthing about customers so we can’t understand them). Today I walked in, and neither of those things happened! I am quite relieved and happy about that!
This is my new number one spot! Can’t wait to come back!

I live down in the Graham area and had exhausted a bunch of nail salons in my area. I was going to an «OK» place but still wasn’t a huge fan.
My friend from work told me about this gem and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! Michelle is amazing and always knows what to do :)

This is a great hidden gem right off of sunset blvd! Easy to find and plenty of parking in the rear. Its my new go to place to get pampered! I adore Michelle whose the owner, she’s really attentive and does a really great job! Love the hand massage after getting a manicure and the hot stone pedicure. Prices are super reasonable and everyone is super friendly!
