Pacific Modular

Pacific Modular carpet cleaning is AMAZING. I don’t know how they make my carpet look brand new every time, but they do! It’s dry carpet cleaning, which means you don’t have to worry about not walking on your wet carpets for hours/​days, and there’s no leftover residue or anything like that. As far as I know dry cleaning is better for your carpet anyway, so that you don’t have moisture sitting in/​underneath your carpet.
Also, my carpet STAYS clean. I’ve had my carpet cleaned with a wet cleaning company before, and it looked better the day they cleaned, but the spots reappeared the next day. This is not the case with Pacific Modular.
The folks at Pacific Modular clean the carpets in the common areas in my condo building and offer to clean units as well when they’re on-​site, which is super convenient. I’ve worked with Rick and Donna and was told by the concierge that Jay does the actual cleaning (at least, it was Jay this time, not sure if he’s always the one). They are always friendly and prompt in responding to my scheduling requests.
Go with Pacific Modular, you won’t regret it.
