I wont even give this complex 1 star, it is totally molded inside the walls and they cover it up with paint. Management got mad that i reported the mold and tried to evict me after i gave them my 15 day notice to move, and they filed it with my 16 year old son as well, management is dirty, dont let the limp fool you. Im taking them to court. Dont move here, this place is trouble.

Do not live at this place. The management is terrible. My car was recently broken into (locked, windows up) in the parking lot. When I tried to speak to the management, the person said, in an arrogant tone, ‘Tough luck. What do you want me to do? Stand outside your home to guard it?’. Then, she goes on trying to smooth things over by saying things like you know my car was stolen in an affluent community before. Well, frankly, I don’t care about your incident in a different community, what I care about is this incident is making me feel unsafe in this community, and the management just try to blow me off.

We are moving! This complex has become completely unsafe. In the last month and a half there had been shootings, robberies and tonight a gang fight at the main entrance with more than 20 people. The security we are supposed to have is non-​existent. Do not move here.

I’ve only been here for a few months, but I am loving it! I always see people work almost every morning to keep the surrounding clean and dog poop-​free.
I enjoy using the gym and they have jacuzzi and a swimming pool for residents. Today, I had free breakfast that they provided at the office.
I also like the fact that they have a cabana to rent out for parties. The monthly rent itself is affordable!
They do fire drills occasionally and maintenance are prompt when called for something.
I’d recommend locking your apt doors and cars at all times and maybe put alarms because nowhere is really safe anymore.
