To the shift manager(5:00PM5÷1÷16): Why do you insist on speaking down to your trainees like they’re children? It’s a terrible look for you, Starbucks. Maybe give them advise and some positive reinforcement, as opposed to shaking your finger at them(her) and insisting that she’ll pay for it later? So f***ing distasteful. YUCK!!! I spend quite a lot of time and money at Starbucks locations. I jump around according to the area that I need to be in, and the time commitments I need(hours). I appreciate consistency. Why does this SB location always runs out of things when I swing by? Lemon loafs and regular straws come to mind(STRAWS). Maybe you need to look into finding a store manager that does your company better, Starbucks?

Wish I could give 3.5 stars. This Starbucks is packed on weekend mornings and there tends to be a long line in the drive thru depending on what time you get there. I’ve come in a couple times only to be told they’re out of breakfast sandwiches… But, the staff here is SO friendly compared to other locations I’ve been to, so for me that makes up for it. I’ve ordered here e enough times that I know a couple of the morning baristas by name and they’re super sweet about getting my order right!

I go to this Starbucks on a regular bases its always PACKED. Even though it’s always busy they still try and get your order out in a timely matter. I usually go through the drive thru with has a longer line. They always apologize for the wait and my order is always right and tastes amazing! The friendliness of the employees is the reason I keep coming back and I’m guessing the reason all the other people come back!

This is my first bad review on Unilocal but after the service today I couldn’t help but finally write my two cents about this place. This is only regarding drive thru, I’m sure the service could be different inside. They are slow, unprofessional, the drinks are never the standard I receive in Factoria, Bellevue, even KENT? And I’ve received so many drinks made incorrectly and don’t realize it until I’ve already drove away. Can’t even explain how annoying it is after so many of those. Today we waited almost 15 minutes in line(we understood because we were desperate for food and drinks and knew this place was slower). When we got to the window they told us for our strawberry banana smoothie they were out of bananas so made it without. I should have complained but rarely do. It was watery, not even filled to the top and tasted TERRIBLE!!! She still charged us full price and didn’t even apologize for the wait. I’m so disappointed in this place and wish I had a better experience just one time to keep me coming back but I can’t. After so many watery drinks, orders wrong, slow service I can’t. It’s too bad because this location is right on my way to work. I don’t even expect this service when I got to McDonald’s. Please do something to help this location whether it’s short staffing, inexperienced employees, whatever. I can tell from other reviews that I’m not the only one who feels this way. Never, ever going back.

Terrible service today, my husband ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich and they took a while with it and once we left we checked and they gave us a sandwich with no bacon. And they have me my tall caramel macchiato with most of it foam. What am I paying for? Smh.

I live right up the hill from this Starbucks and use it often. Most of the time I receive fantastic service. there has been an occasional disappointing interaction with the drive thru staff but it usually moves fairly quickly and they are friendly. The other day I went in for a refill on an americano(I usually refill iced coffee so I didn’t know that they don’t do refills on americanos). They said sure, this time we will do this for you. It was great customer service.

I went through this Starbucks Drive-Thru this morning and it was not a good experience. The line wasn’t to bad. I got to the order board and ordered a Grande White Mocha and a piece of banana bread. She asked if I would like that warmed up. I said«no thank you». She then said she would have the total at the window(by the way I HATETHAT. Give me my total so I can be ready with my money when I get to the damn window). I started to pull away from the order board and I could hear he say«what was your drink again»? I was to far away to let her know. So I get to the window and she asks me what my drink is. I tell her. They make it. I get it. I drive off. As I am driving off I hear her say«oh you forgot your banana bread». No, you forgot my banana bread. I was to far away to back up and get it. So I drove off.

If I could give this Starbucks negative review I would. They just don’t listen clearly asked for a simple order and they made it even more complicated. Asked for a cookie and they came and told us that they didn’t have anymore when there was two sitting in their display case how dumb do you have to be to do that??? Seriously Starbucks needs to like learn how to train their employees to make it a place to come again when the customer service was good now it’s just a bunch of idiots running around to can’t make drinks and can’t take simple directions I will start going to smaller coffee shops where they can actually get your orders right.

What is with this location ?? Slow service even when it’s slow !! … But my pet peeve … Trainees on the couches with their dirty work shoes on the seating surfaces … Couches that customers sit on with their clean clothes … And what are you, Starbucks, local Manager, etc. doing training employees in the customer lounge ?? Does your CEO know about this bad culture?

Do not use the order function in the Starbucks app at this location. It’s hit and miss at its best. Sometimes you get the drink sometimes you run out of time waiting for the drink after you ask for it. Have not had problems with the order feature at other Starbucks locations. Good Luck

My favorite Starbucks. Décor is warm and cozy, atmosphere is relaxed, and service is good. Great place to meet up with old friends. Still don’t know what the appeal of a «white flat» is. Think I’ll just stick to my usual.

I don’ t know what happened to this location but it sucks. There are always huge lines and they take forever in the drive thru. I know it is not always their fault because Starbucks customers can be a real pain in the ass. Today the drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I opted to go in. Not an issue, I was not in a huge hurry. Line inside as well but at least 8 employees behind the counter working. I got my drink in a timely matter for as busy as it was. The issue is that I ordered a Gingerbread loaf, not heated, just to go. Took at least 10 minutes. How does it take that long to grab it from the case and hand it to me?! There were several people who ordered after me that got their breakfast sandwiches 1st, which take longer. Not sure what the deal is. The past few times I have been here have been through the Drive thru and there is one Barista who is really unfriendly.

The first two drinks I tried to order, they were out of ingredients and couldn’t make(PSL and caramel apple spice). I settled with pumpkin loaf and a gb latte that a starbucks employee recommended. I was also shocked that I was still charged full price. As I was writing this and waiting for my drink, the same sb employee approached me. I was told that they aren’t able to make the gingerbread latte. At that point I requested a refund. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service from my experience and their inability to make 3 drinks. Starbucks Corporation handled this complaint! They credited $ 10 to my card and sent the message to the store management team.

Super convenient, just off of 405 by the VMAC in Renton. There is a drive-thru, but I recommend going inside. Multiple times I’ve sat for 10+ minutes in line, whether there is 2 cars ahead of me or 5, it’s just slow. Inside is always fast, there is rarely ever a line. The staff is super friendly and nice, always cheerful, making small talk. I’m pretty plain and always just get an iced mocha and a croissant and I am a happy girl. Definitely would recommend this location.

We’ve lived in the area for 2 years now, and have not yet had a good drink made. Today was the final straw. I will never go back to this place. Today I ordered two drinks, bought one of those Naked«green» Drinks, and ordered the feta wrap thing… The drinks came up quickly. My triple latte was burnt and tasted horrible, but I got my caffeine, so whatever. The soy latte for my wife wasn’t bad, but was still reasonably burnt. The kicker was, the Naked Drink I bought for my wife was expired. By two days. They put those things out in the cooler every day! Thats just laziness, which is probably why my coffee was burnt too. I at least expect the baristas to be able to read, even if they can’t make a good cup of coffee. The kicker that kicked the kicker and got me to never come back again was the feta wrap. All they have to do is unwrap it from plastic, put it in a microwave and hit a button. It took a full ten minutes to do this. I had my two drinks in about 2.5 minutes and sat there looking at the barista for the wrap. No dice. When it finally came, I got in the car, and took my first bite… I almost chipped a tooth on the ice still at the center of the wrap. I actually turned around and walked back into the store, showed them the wrap, and asked why it wasn’t cooked all the way through. They told me if I waited a few minutes, they could get some one and I could get a certificate to get another wrap. Since I’d already wasted plenty of time waiting for them to not microwave my wrap and burn my coffee I threw the wrap in the garbage and went on with the rest of my day. What a joke.

I am a coffee drinker and it has to be Starbucks. I don’t know what happened to this location I been going here for years but yesterday was horrible. We ordered donuts and coffee. The barista wasn’t polite and friendly at all. I asked napkins she give me 2napkins! We called her she never came back so we decided to just leave ot wasn’t worth-it. We do nut want to ruined our day just because of that. While on our way to our appointment open the bag guess what? The barista gave us wrong donut’s(its our fault not to check it) I hope the manager will able to read this and do something about this because its not good to treat costumer that way. Not to mention coffee there is not cheap!

Just your typical Starbucks. The lines were short, service was polite, and bathrooms were clean. I was slightly bummed that when I asked for a tea, it was sweetened without my permission. Normally I’ll opt for no sugar and this tea had so much in it that it was barely drinkable. I’m not sure if it’s a policy that they include sweetener but at other locations I’ve been to, they always ask. Not the end of the world but just something to remember next time I place an order.
