I am so happy I found Miley and her grooming company! I have two very large Saint Bernards and was having a hard time finding a place that could accommodate their size and treat them well at the same time. Teddy is 200lbs and Maddy Is 125lbs. They drool and shed A LOT! It was so easy to set up an appointment and they also sent a text reminder the day before which was very nice! The price is very competitive and they treated my dogs with love! I opted to add the de shed option and am not disappointed! Both my fur babies are smelling beautiful and not shedding at all! True story, real life! So happy to have found my new groomer! Thank you Miley!

Pepper’s looked great after getting the works because she really needed a good haircut and wash. She had a wash and cut. Her ears were cleaned and nails we’re clipped. Mails was attentive towards my dogs needs and my dog had the services she needed. Thank you Maile!

She’s a Maltese mix and they always make her smell good and look good all the time, take in mind she is a little difficult but they take their time and handle her with care :)!!! The only place I’ll go is here, and to top it all off this place is in house ! So that’s another A+++.Maile the groomer is the best !!

I took my dog here for a cut and wash. Poor guy had fleas.
The groomer quoted about $ 40 but said the price might change based on the condition of the dog, e.g. matted fur, etc. For $ 40, she said it included cut, wash, teeth and nails.
I dropped him off, and she texted me that she would charge $ 45 because she had to do flea removal. Not a problem.
She was really good about keeping me up to date through text. My dog was ready in about a hour and a half.
I cannot say the same positive things for the actual grooming service sadly.
She gave him the «summer cut.» In my opinion, he looked like a naked mole rat. I didn’t mind though because my dog had fleas and I wanted it to be short so no fleas would stay on him. However, the cutting was really uneven. There were longer pieces of hair in some areas.
Also, she cut the fur off really really close on his belly, right above his nuts. She basically scalped him! My dog kept biting at that area because it itched — so much that it started to bleed. I had to get him a cone because he wouldn’t stop.
I will not be coming here again after this experience. The groomer is nice and all, but the service was horrible.

Called in last minute to see if they could take in my 2 boys, a pug and English bulldog, for a simple groom and they were the only groomers that were able to take me in right away. I was surprised to find out they worked from home but don’t let that fool you because my two stinky dogs came out smelling so good and feeling so clean! They were even nice enough to put them under the de-​shed treatment because I was a first timer so that was so nice of them. Definitely will be coming back!

I just took my moms dog to get groomed for the first time ever! He is sweet but can be a little difficult, when not used to getting clipped or his nails cut. Maile did a great job on my boy, he looks super cute and smells great! We went on a week day and were in and out in an hour! We just found our new groomer!

First time there and I will be back. We just found our permanent groomer for our Desi.

Strange location (in the back sunroom of their house), but they are very nice and do a great job. I have brought my Australian Shepherd in to them twice now, and plan on going back the next time she needs a trim.

Bella smells so sweet and nice… Staff was very friendly… Will come again soon…

I’ve been satisfied to every time I’ve gotten my dog groomed. There are times where I don’t take him for months and he gets all matted up and they have no choice but shave his fur short. Even when it’s cut short they still make my little man look great. The pricing did go up $ 5 which I didn’t know. But either way, I’m always to take him here.

This place had the best price and service in town, I live in west la and I drive all the way to them to get my dogs groomed. Highly recommend and once you go there you’ll see what I am talking about.

They do a really good job on the boys here. I have failed to get their names ever but its the same group of girls and guys, mostly family run. They sell some cute shirts like «bitches love me» and «Adidog» with a hoodie LOL Only $ 25 for a bath and brush. Always check in on Unilocal for some cool discounts. My damn puppy took a poop in their store after his first bath, which was probably traumatic to a degree, and they were nice enough to pick it up for me. One less poop I’ve had to pick up in life… WINNING!

My first time coming in today for a wash and nail trim. I called first to make sure there was opening and a guy (i forgot his name) picked and told me that they were busy and lots of requests but he told me to bring my dog in anyways. I dropped off my dog at 1.50pm and the called me at 2.22pm saying that my dog is finished. I was surprised how quick it was so i picked up my dog, nails are still long and my dog doesn’t even smell like she was just washed. I asked the guy (he was an older guy, long hair and was wearing a beanie) did you even cut the nails ??? And he said yes and we didn’t cut it short because the vein was showing already. I haven’t cut my dogs nail for 1.5 months and it still looked the same. I took my dog to a groomer before and I can see a difference when my dog’s nail is cut!!! Last thing they charged me $ 35.00 bucks and he didn’t have change so he had to go outside to get change and he gave me $ 4 bucks back … Ok I said to him it was $ 35 right ??? And he was like ohhhh. Here is your buck back and didn’t even say sorry .
My point is this place is iffy, not sure if they even bathe my dog with shampoo cuz I don’t smell anything, not even sure if they even cut the nail and didn’t even clean my dogs ears. Bad experience, bad vibe in there and not going back there anymore.

Found them here in Unilocal and I’m so glad that I did cus they’re great! I brought my German shepherd puppy, Jack, about 50−55lbs to the dog park and he rolled around in mud. So I had to get him washed and they quoted me $ 30 I was so glad to hear that– obviously. He got his bath and nails trimmed. It took prob about 30 – 40 mins? I just waited in the lobby and talked with the staff. Friendly people. They really care for the dogs and that’s what I like to see.
I’m coming back and bringing my other dogs :)

I went with my brother to get his Westie groomed here for the first time. I have to say that the staff (we met Michael and Natalie) were very friendly and we felt very welcomed right from the get go. They were very good with our dog, who can be a bit nervous and shy at times. When we picked him up were were happy to see that he had calmed down, was clean, smelled great, was nicely cut, and most importantly that they had taken the time to clean his teeth! I’ve never been to a groomer who also did teeth! It was also a great value. Overall it was a good experience.

I put my original review in text at the bottom of this. I have to do this because All Valley Pet Grooming & Spa got back to me so quickly that Unilocal doesn’t have the «Write an Update» button yet available to me.
This place cares so much about the work that they do that they drove to my apartment to refund my money. Who does that? I mean, really… who cares that much for the work that they do that they will go out of their way to fix it? All Valley Pet does. I take back what I said about not giving them a second chance. Sometimes, things do happen even to the best of us and I believe that what happened to me was just one of those things. These people care. They do a lot of work in the community and my review should not represent their work. My pup is happy and healthy and not traumatized — currently she’s squeaking every single toy I regret buying her. This family, as I found it is a mostly family-​run business, wants to do good for the dogs. Most people just see $$ signs. These people see, and want to see, well-​cared for dogs.
I can’t take back my initial experience, though I can give All Valley more stars. I can also say that all is well and I feel confident that taking my pup to this place again wouldn’t be a mistake.

«I too do not understand the hype about this place. I read the reviews here and, Unilocalers, you have let me down.
I have a 6 month old terrier who was in need of a trim. I made an appointment for 11 am. When I walked in with her I greeted them with „Hi! I have an 11 am appointment for (dog’s name)!“ They looked at her, agreed she only needed a trim, I emphasized that her nails needed to be cut because they were getting to a lethal length, and I was informed by a brunette woman of their toothbrushing addition (which I took). So far, so good.
I was told it was going to take them 3 hours. Oooookay? The last place I took her said 2 hours for the whole shebang (she was shaggier then), and it ended up being 45 minutes; so I understand they put the dogs on a rotation and try to over-​estimate how long it will take in case there’s a finicky pup in the mix. Plus, it’s a Saturday. When I came back a 2 pm, my poor pup wasn’t done. She was still slightly damp, shivering in her cage, whining. This is a dog that tends to roll with the punches and think everything to be a game. Cages don’t bother her as, when she’s bored, she’ll crate herself. When I asked why she wasn’t done because I had an appointment at 11, the young woman (not the woman I initially spoke to) said „We had other dogs in today.“ I get that… but I had an appointment, meaning my pup comes first. So she takes this information back to question the groomers. While I didn’t hear all of the conversation, I did catch someone say „Well, don’t tell HER that!“ quite loudly. Great. That makes me feel fucking fantastic. What aren’t you telling me? Because I can see you screwed up. I was then informed that their credit card machine wasn’t working. Okay, shit happens, but seriously? I guess if you do go here, carry cash just in case.
After that, it was a speedy trim around the feet and the nails were clipped hastily and not that well. I have been in customer service jobs and I am trying my fucking best right now to not be in a fuming rage at this place because maybe, just maybe I caught them on an off day. My dog looks okay. I still had to trim up a few loose ends, and the top of her head made her look like Moe from The Three Stooges. I will not be back. I really can’t find it in me to give them a second chance. The only good thing about this place is that it’s cheap and I didn’t have the problem of them mis-​quoting me on the phone.»

Not sure what the hype is here. I thought they did an OK job on my pet. They priced differently on the phone with a quote then when I picked my pets up. Thought that wasn’t very cool.
Wasn’t impressed with the lion cut for my cat, half the cat was trimmed instead of being specific about where the mane ended… it looked weird. :-(
Prices are low, and they seem very friendly– however the place smelled a but like marijuana so maybe that’s why, lol. I guess this is a good place if you’re not picky.

First of all I want to say thank you Michael, You are so gentle with my dog. Sunday loves you. She looks amazing when you are done with her. I will never go anywhere else again I dont mind the drive from Santa Monica. It is well worth it.

I took my wife’s Betsy dog here, when I picked her up my wife started tripping, for about 15 minutes she contemplated the idea that it wasn’t her Betsy dog, and honesty she almost convinced me of this. Betsy looked so good she thought our dog had been switched on us, she was our dog. True story.
