All I can say is that the alter flowers and the bride’s bouquet were absolutely beautiful and amazing! Paul truly captured exactly what I wanted and imagined! Delivery was on time too!
I recommend Allen’s for any wedding party needs… you won’t regret it!

25 roses for 9.99; I’m in. When I need my flowers by my bedside, this is the place. Never bought anything else here cause I’m usually just doing a quick drive by to get my roses. They last a long time too. Soon, I will expand my purchases here because they have other lovelies and they seemed to be priced right. No reason not to get flowers for your honey at these prices. Again, 25 roses for 9.99…and they are quality ones.
Note: The rose special does not happen during Valentine week.

They did the best they could to fix the issue but it’s still not what I wanted. Really good customer service though.
Ordered from teleflora and this shop got my order. I ordered two $ 230 arrangements. They were BIG. What arrived was a medium sized arrangement in the wrong color. I feel like they got my order and assumed it was a gift for someone else who wouldn’t know the difference. I sent them back and waiting to see if they will honor my original order

After driving and being driven past Allen’s Flower Market for a majority of my life, I finally decided it was the right time to pay a visit to this flower shop on the corner of Reseda and Sherman Way to get roses for my girlfriend’s birthday tomorrow.
Upon walking in through the back entrance, I was greeted by an employee working in the back with a huge smile and a warm hello. From here on out, I knew my experience here was going to be fantastic, and it was.
I was helped by Paul (I think?) whom I asked about their 25 roses for $ 9.99 special they had going on and he kindly directed me to choose any bundle of my liking in the nearby refrigerator. The first thing I noticed was how many bundles were left, which were not many, but who can blame them! The quality of the roses were magnificent, as the roses were incredibly fresh and vivid in color!
I decided to pick up two bundles of pink roses and Paul got to work immediately. He asked if I wanted greens to be added for an extra $ 4.99, seeing as the roses were for a special occasion, I told him sure! He was very meticulous in arranging the flowers and throughout the process, another person behind me kept commenting on how nicely the roses were coming. The finished product was honestly the best bouquet of roses I have ever bought.
Also, another employee was tending to another customer’s arrangement (which were incredibly beautiful) and was very eager to please. The employee kept asking the lady if it was to her liking and did not stop making adjustments until it exceeded even the customer’s own expectations. Now this is what I call quality customer service!
Great atmosphere, friendly employees, amazing quality of flowers and customer service. I have just found my go-​to flower shop for all of my needs. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all of my friends and family! Thank you for an amazing first experience, Allen’s Flower Market!

I ordered flowers online to be delivered for my mother’s birthday. Within minutes someone called me to confirm the order. The next day the flowers were delivered to my mother’s house. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The bouquet was even bigger than the picture. When my mother got them from the entryway she said that the whole entryway smelled like heaven. I am very pleased with the customer service and quality of flowers!

The owner responded right away after I wrote my review about my dying flowers and said he would be happy to replace them. I appreciate his quick response and great customer service. Thank you Paul so much. Unfortunately, with my busy schedule I can’t drive down to Reseda to exchange roses at this time. Paul really cares about his business and I hope to stop by and try another bouquet soon.

I asked Google for the nearest flower shop to my location at the time and it brought me to this gem. I needed flowers, but not just any flowers, I needed ANNIVERSARY type flowers which meant I need beautiful, quality flowers. Being a man who doesn’t hold a strong belief for the purchase of flowers I was not only looking for beautiful flowers but rather beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for but the customer service was the cherry on top. Paul was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me put together exactly what I needed for the perfect bouquet. Highly recommended!

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it’s the worst flower shop I have ever been to. I bought an arrangement and asked to add 6 roses. They said it was $ 5 per rose and I said ok. While I was waiting half an hour for them to add 6 roses I saw signs all over the store saying daily special 25 roses for $ 9.99. So I paid $ 30 for 6 roses when the person next to me bought 25 roses for $ 10.
Then I noticed 2 of the roses were basically dead and had holes in them. I told the employee and she just ripped off 80% of the rose and said its fine now. It was such a joke and such a horrible experience that I just took my horrible arrangement and walked out.
I considered throwing it in the trash once I got to their parking lot but it was too wasteful to do that.
Don’t come here — worst flower shop experience I have ever had. Ruined my day and the special occasion I was getting these flowers for.

Came in today around 1 PM, to get my daughter roses for her 18th birthday tomorrow.
The nice man who helped me went into the back and got me some red and white rose. Added some purple foliage and greens and made it look lovely! They weren’t busy, so i came at just the right time today. The prices are always so great, perfect if you are on a budget!
Service is always wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone. Parking is tough at times.

This place is amazing… they saved my day. My daughter was graduating from High school and I wanted to get her a orchid lei. When I got there they were sold out. However a gentleman that works there saw the distress on my face and pulled some strings and got me an amazing beautiful lei. It was so unique my daughter was the only one at her entire high school with a red and yellow lei. She was soo happy.
Definitely check this place out… their flower are super fresh and I can’t say enough about the great customer service. Prices are great as well… its hard to find a business that had all these great qualities.

The first time i went here i got roses for my parents anniversary and it was done so well that when i had to get flowers for my friends birthday i wanted to see what else they are capable of…
They went beyond what i had expect. I have added pictures of the bouquet i walked out with. Pictures do no justice. It was well worth the time and money. Ive only had the chance to meet two employees and the man who rang me up (which im assuming was the owner) and they are all so nice the butterflies were also thrown in for free. Overall their customer service is surprisingly nice for a flower shop.
Parking is in the back it’s a little bit in the ghetto side but try it out go for yourself these people are really good at what they do :)

I recently moved to the valley and I found Allen’s Flower Market and I loved it!!!
Every time I need flowers for any occasion Allen’s is always there for me. They have the best selection if you are looking for fresh flowers. I like to pick up my flowers to make my own bouquet but when the girls put them together that’s were the magic comes together. The girls from the shop have the best customer service and they make such a wonderful job in putting the flowers together specially Sofiia she’s the best!!! I only hear good comments every time a give flowers to my friends and family.
I recently bought a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday and it was gorgeous!!! They also have arrangements ready to go for any occasion .
I highly recommend this shop to everyone looking for fresh flowers and good customer service.

I would have gave this place a good rating when it comes to the flowers and considering future business with this flower shop, however first impression is everything! My colleague receive a delivery of orchids, the orchids were beautiful however the delivery service was not!
This review goes to the delivery man who made the delivery today at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. I was working up in the front and found it nice to have these great orchids being delivered for someone. The delivery guy had no right to use any profanity especially in a professional environment just because he is either in a rush or made a risk of parking somewhere that he was not suppose to!!! He came back to the front because he was frustrated about not finding the recipient, but I know for a fact that he didn’t go to the place I told him to (which was roughly 6 rooms away). That is when he sat down the flowers in the front and left them there, used profanity, ask the signature in the rudest way, and just left !
How can you send a delivery personnel with such attitude which is a bad business practice. The man probably is not having a good day, but you should not act like that in anyway especially when you are in a place the first time! Just a heads up for the business owner! Hope nothing like my experience happens to anyone else performing business with this shop.
