Good service and very friendly, but they need to DOUBLE and TRIPLECHECK when they do DRIVETHRUORDERS!!! This is the THIRD time they MESSED up my order in drive thru, I get home and I’m always disappointed! You charge extra for cheese on the roast beef but still give me plain ROASTBEEFNOCHEESE, I ordered CHICKEN slider why did I get roast BEEF slider?! It’s a simple task to double check if you guys did the order right!!! Stop making careless mistakes, how can this happen to me 3 times within 4 months?!

Saturday 10:45am, got the classic combo and an unsweetened ice tea. I can’t tell you how much I love unsweetened unflavored ice tea. Why not drink water, you says? Go F yourself, I says. It’s Lipton, but it’s better than water. The super pretty manager at this hour made it so much nicer. I mean, she’s like Phoebe Cates pretty. And so friendly. She wished me a good day as I walked out and it caught me by surprise. In this area, it’s not friendly. So a nice gesture like that made a difference. I responded with a reflexive«blarghy-goo-fay…see ya later.» Smooth, brother. Smooth. Parking is an awful roundabout to nowhere. Be sure to park on the north end, since the real entrance is actually before it, if you’re going south. The drive thru is where you think the entrance is. But… who cares… Phoebe Cates is all you should remember.

This is the only fast food place in town that gets my order right every single time! The staff is very polite. There is one girl in particular that I want to mention and her name is Rose. She is so sweet and acts very happy at with her job. Such a pleasure.

Food was typical Arby’s, not bad, not great. However, when you don’t get all the items you paid for at the drive-thru, it obviously shows just how seriously you want to be taken to get that $ 15 an hour you feel you deserve. You seriously couldn’t put an order of fries in the bag??? Come on.

This will be a short review just because I ended up not liking Arby’s. It was my first time eating Arby’s and the food was pretty basic, an all meat sandwich. However, it doesn’t taste that great. The meat tastes like it wasn’t fresh, and the sandwich itself taste like fast food. The sandwich made my stomach feel disgusting, the same way my body reacts if I were to eat McDonald’s. Overall, i give it three stars because the place itself was clean and the service was not bad. It’s just not a place for me.

Great customer service skills and I love how helpful they were to me and my friend. Grand Turkey Club is an amazing sandwich w/honey mustard! It is served hot but next time I will ask for it cold to see how it goes. I was in drive thru so my experience was exceptional and fast. I will be coming back!

I have been coming to this Arby’s for years. The staff is always present and attentive and I get smiles every time I walk in the door. I always order the same thing. Arby’s roast beef sandwich and curly fries. The sandwich hits the spot every time. This is a traditional Arby’s with a happy staff. They bring my order to my table! A+

I stopped to pick up dinner for my husband and I on the way home from work. My order was not filled correctly. The server did not fill my order correctly. And after paying $ 24 for the meal I arrived home to find my husbands Arby’s classic roast beef sandwich to be moldy — see attached picture. When I called the phone number for the restaurant I reached and answering machine and did not receive a call back in response to my complaint. Well we enjoy Arby’s I would avoid this location or dine at your own risk!

I have to say that the service I received from the employees here yesterday was great. From a fast food establishment I commend your staff. From beginning to end. Great Job. To the employee who made my sandwich and the male employee who took my order, you booth did a was great job, with your politeness and hospitality. The french dip sandwich was made just right, along with the aj’s sauce. The side salad was also tasty. Arby’s still put out a good sandwich. The Hospitality was fantastic, again Great Job. This is what service is about. When employees enjoy their job, it shows with the service us customers receive and it goes a long way. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.085/100

When I went here a few times, the person working at the drive thru would add an extra candy with the order on several occasions. Also the same person the many times I have visited this place via drive thru too. Thank you nice person that worked at the drive thru the times I have visited plus also kinda introducing me to the«horsey sauce» as well ^ ^?

Food there is okay. Didn’t really mind the wait but it was worth it! Would go back again anytime.

I actually like the food but am so frustrated with the employees inability to understand food allergies. I don’t normally go to arby’s because they have sesame seeded bread with no options but occasionally roll out Hawaiian bread that’s when I can go but telling them hey I am allergic to sesame seeds and even asking for the Hawaiian bread and paying for it they gave me two bottoms which contained sesame seeds. Tried to call to explain but ran into a answering machine. I firmly believe when you go thru drive thru and they get your order wrong they should deliver your correct order or reimburse you what you paid because the gas you use going back. It is very frustrating to have food allergies and ask for something and not get it now I have to wonder if I will get sick and have to go to hospital. Well I won’t have to wonder long. This isn’t first time they got my order wrong I guess this is that point in which I decide not to go back.

This review is mainly on their customer service. After craving a Corned Beef Rueben sandwich I decided to come on by. At the drive-thru I was greeted by a really cheerful voice! I always appreciate those that are happy doing their jobs to provide great customer service. Rosa was the sweetest lady I’ve encountered at a drive-thru. It’s one of those things where you’re laughing and smiling just because the person you’re talking to is very jolly lol. The food was exactly as expected from Arby’s! Can’t complain.

Great Arby’s! And one of the better fast food joints in Reseda. They offer really great coupons and often times you can get a giant sandwich for two bucks. The management and everyone on the staff are extremely nice. They have great management. The place is always clean and the food always fresh. There are some places off of Reseda BLVD that cannot say that. Thanks again guys for the great food and service. It does mean a lot.

We did drive thru Maybe it was an off night but our order of sandwiches was missing sauce. They usually ask if you want packet sauce and we said yes BUT they didn’t put any in our bags. It is the only Arby’s for miles. So when the mood strikes– we will be back but we will check everything before we drive away

I’m a big Arby’s fan, but I’m not going to review the food – it’s the same at all Arby’s. I’m all about the drive-thru. This one is a bit constricted and not as efficiently run as most Arby’s. That’s two-stars down, unfortunately. If they can get me in and out more quickly, I’ll reconsider. However, I’ve been there a number of times and it’s never fast.

This location was my first job ever ah I was just a baby in high school! It’s family run and they are so sweet and legitimately care about having supreme customer service and handling/preparing their food to the utmost perfection. When I was there I remember how stern they were on us– our goal always to make sure everyone left with a smile. I went the the other night though and the girl on the window(ahh where I was) had a very hard time understanding our order and failed in giving us our sauces and correct drinks– but as soon as we informed her– she did fix everything– no one I knew was working though so you probably get the best service when they are fully staffed. The food– regardless of when you go– is cooked perfectly, so delicious and flavorful, the bacon crispy, the sauce smered evenly, the meat all cooked just right. There has never been a time I did not enjoy my meal at Arby’s. I can’t say the same for ANY other fast food place! Always quick too. Thus– Arby’s is clearly THEBEST.
