Having read the reviews below I see we are all in agreement and I will keep this short hoping you will look at it. We live in Southern California so had the opportunity to travel to the factory where Ilan turns these bowls like you would an ash tray so you get a custom piece of art in every bowl. The delivered 48″ bowl was the same.
Nava became my therapist as I worried about some local guys helping guide a 750# bowl down a drive way, through a gate, over stone patio, down stairs, around a pool and back up stairs to its home. She repeatedly told me «not to stress» and she was right. While waiting for my crew Ilan got the bowl off the trailer and to the gate ALONE. Guided by his experience the rest took about 15 minutes and he was gone. You can plan to pay a crew for only one hour.
The hook up was a breeze since it was just like they directed and the bowl is full of glass and glowing in the night.
Even if shipped the crating was perfect and would do well.
I recommend Concrete Creations for your fire bowl or other products they make. Get the nice 8″ or larger edge rather than the typical narrow edge of most manufacturers.

I never write reviews, but I have to weigh in on our 36″ Simplicity Fire Bowl that was installed in our new patio in June 2015. Nava was great, always reaponsive and thorough in responding to our questions. The packing and crating was unbelievable– the bowl arrived in perfect condition. The product is incredibly well made– both the bowl and the burner are better than I could have imagined. We have now had over 2 months of use and couldn’t be happier with how it’s enhanced our backyard. It truly is the focal point, and I expect will be for years to come.

I want to start by thanking Concrete Creations for all that they did for me. I had a very complicated remodeling of my backyard that took longer than most projects. My order was ready on time as it was promised by Nava, however I had many complications that unfortunately delayed the time that I could take delivery of my 54″ Custom Simplicity. Nava was incredibly supportive and understanding of my situation. She was always available to answer all of my questions and give me guidance.
As for the fire bowl, it is amazing and a wonderful addition to the backyard. The quality is top notch and it looks awesome. The price is not much different than other products on the market, but the looks and the quality is beyond anything available in the market. Trust me, I looked at many products out in the market but nothing even comes close to the workmanship, quality and the looks of Concrete Creations products, not to mention the help and customer service and support that were provided by Nava. THAT IS PRICELESS.
If you want a unique fire bowl that will not be outdated in few years or does not look like the one that your friends or next door neighbor have in their backyard that they purchased off the shelf, then you need to go with one of the beautiful bowls specially crafted buy the talented hands of Ilan and his staff at Concrete Creations.

Concrete Creations makes such beautiful things that we decided to splurge and spend the money on a concrete fire bowl. We chose the «Simplicity» fire bowl and couldn’t be happier with it. We had considered other, less expensive (and less attractive) alternatives, however we couldn’t find anything that even came close to the beauty and uniqueness of the fire bowls offered by Concrete Creations. This fire bowl really makes a statement and is the center piece to our new back yard. We have received so many compliments. It’s everything we hoped it would be. The folks at Concrete Creations are very nice and Nava was a pleasure to do business with.

Our 72 inch firebowl is amazing! The perfect compliment to our yard. This company is simply the best at these bowls. Every aspect of the product is commercial quality. The firing mechanism even hooked up to our Lutron system so I can turn the bowl on from inside the house. A unique way to softly light the yard. The personal service provided by Nava, the personal delivery of the bowl to our home by Ilan, and the constant status updates during the creation of this bowl will result in me recommending concrete-​creations to anyone who wants a top quality and functional art piece in their yard. The product: simply stunning. The customer service: second to none. This addition to our yard was worth every penny!

We love our 44″ Simplicity Edge Fire Bowl in Spanish Gold with Copper Fire Glass and crossfire burner. Nava answered every question. She even FaceTimed with me so that I could see our fire bowl with different color fire glass before I made a selection. Our landscape contractor and plumber were impressed with the easy delivery and the fact that it arrived with every valve, pipe, etc. needed. This was the big splurge in our backyard makeover: a place we hoped our teens would bring their friends our our family would hang out together. I waited a while to see how things went before reviewing and it has been everything we hoped for. Thank you Concrete Creations!

Our gorgeous new concrete fire bowl from Concrete Creations is by far the most beautiful object in our whole home. It’s truly a work of art. It’s also a labor of love for the owners of the company who hand-​make each custom bowl for their customers. I am so blown away by the elegance of our fire bowl, and by the attention to detail, care and incredible customer support by Nava and Ilan. Our new bowl is simply perfection, and our experience with Concrete Creations has been absolutely fantastic.
Their website describes a multitude of customizable options but I still had a bunch of questions, which Nava patiently answered for me via email and over the phone. She bent over backwards for me — in addition to helping me pick the right size, she also helped pick out the right color for our bowl to match the new Connecticut Bluestone floor of our patio. She even sent me color samples in the mail. She was helpful, attentive and responsive every step of the way, which I really appreciated.
Nava, Ilan and their son drove all the way up from L.A. to deliver our fire bowl, and they made sure that it was installed perfectly. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work, and they want their customers to be happy. They certainly succeeded with me — in fact, they exceeded my expectations. It was such a pleasure to work with them and we are jumping for joy over our spectacular new fire bowl. It’s seriously gorgeous — I want to kiss it every time I walk by it. :-)
