Jr is an excellent general contractor. He is honest, reliable, and does quality work.
He has done a few jobs for me, and I always have been happy with his work. Him and his workers are professional and neat. Jr is very good about communication and keeping in touch while the work is going on. Being that I have known Jr for 20 years, where we use to
work together at UCLA I can judge his character and work. I have trust in Jr and that goes a long way in the contracting field. The final job shows his quality, and I know it is done right from the inside to the outside.
