This is my second visit here at Golden Harmony Acupuncture & Wellness. Both times I have seen Albina, once for low back muscle spasm and today for stiff neck/​headache. Today I left already feeling 75/​80% relief. Albina is wonderful at what she does. Both times I have called I have been accommodated the same day. I highly recommend anyone with muscle aches and pain to come see Albina for immediate relief. I will definitely come here for relief instead of taking medications that don’t help.

Great place! Very clean and welcoming. Albina was very professional and very helpful. She takes her time to explain everything and makes sure you are out of there with no more pain. I’ve been having neck and upper back pain for 2 weeks. After, a few sessions with Albina the pain is now gone. If you have any pain, stress, or any other health issues acupuncture is a great way of relieving it. I highly recommend this place.

The only reason I give Golden Harmony Acupuncture & Wellness four stars and not five is because it was my first time ever receiving a massage and so I really have nothing to compare it to. That being said, it was also a personal experience where I’m discovering how to take better care of myself so I can take better care of others. I booked the massage through Groupon almost 6 months ago and as the expiration date got closer and closer I knew I either had to make the appointment or let it pass for another time.
I made the appointment and I’m sure happy I did. Albina was a doll in person and super friendly and helpful on the phone. She shared that she even does acupuncture, which is an added benefit if you’re looking for that. Ryan was amazing. Again as a first-​timer, I felt comfortable with his professionalism and connected to his warm, nurturing personality — that embodies the very spirit of holistic healing. He could tell where my stress was and not only had the skill to handle it, but did so in a way that was just right in helping me to relax, feel my stress, and release it lovingly into the universe. Looking forward to my next visit.

I’m relatively young but have had gout recurrences for many years. It’s frustrated me that my doctors typically prescribe medicine but never try to figure out why I’m getting gout in the first place. I recently had a number of acupuncture sessions with Albina and was really impressed with her approach — she didn’t just focus on putting needles in my foot (what I figured would be the Eastern counterpart to treating my symptom). Instead, we discussed my diet, medical background and a number of other factors that could possibly paint the picture of why gout is occurring. When it came time for the acupuncture, the needles were painless. All in all my sessions with Albina have been relaxing, eye-​opening and helpful!

Great place to attend it if u suffer from any pain or stress. Albina is not only a very professional and helpful lady, but she’s also a very nice and sweet person to deal with. Highly recommend this place

Had a massage session with Ryan. He is great! Was very consultative about what was aching or sore on my body and the massage was awesome. I would recommend to everyone looking for a massage to help with the aches and pains of an active lifestyle!

It was difficult to get an appointment and impossible to get one on Saturday but Eddie the masseuse was incredible when I finally got in. He was professional, thorough and spoke to me about what I wanted. He checked in with me throughout to make sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. He did an amazing job and I would give him 6-​stars if this page was just for Eddie.

I have been going to see Albina for acupuncture for 3 months for my chronic migraines I have suffered from for over 10 years. Name a remedy, I have tried it. I finally gave acupuncture a try and it is saving my life! Albina really knows a lot about acupuncture and has helped me tremendously!!! She is always accommodating to making my appointments and very kind. We also do cupping massage. She really knows what she is doing and I recommend her all the time!

Albina is wonderful! I have been seeing her off and on for chronic pain over the last year. I have a chronic pain disease and have seen over 30 Drs with very little progress. Every time I come in to see Albina I am in complete agony and leave pain free. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and gentle. I used to live in the Valley now I drive all the way from Miracle Mile to see her. The massages here are also amazing. Book an appointment for both on the same day and you will leave feeling like a wet noodle.

Had a massage with Eddie. I had never had a male massage therapist before so was a bit nervous, but he was extremely professional and talented at his job. He asked me to let him know if the pressure was too light or hard. I asked at one point for less pressure, and he thanked me for letting him know and adjusted the rest of the massage accordingly. I really appreciated that.
It was a good balance of a deep tissue massage to get out all of the knots in my back, and a relaxing massage that put me to sleep and made me feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I fell asleep and woke up thinking that 2 hours had passed. It was amazing!
I highly highly recommend Eddie and Golden Harmony. The people who work here seem to really care about their patients and their health and happiness.

Albina and her staff are amazing and have changed my life. When diagnosed with several major health problems, I decided to seek out alternative treatment. With Albina’s expertise, dedication, and compassion, my health has improved a million times and I have avoided major surgery and pain and suffering.
I can’t say enough about Albina’s manner and treatment. She is open, honest, and truly cares. I am always given as much time as needed and I really feel like she cares about me, my health, and my life. I am so glad that I took a chance with acupuncture and all of the treatments Albina and the office offers. I will ever be the same in a very good way!

Fantastic experience. Bought a groupon (great deal) called the next day — apt was easy to book.
Parked on the street they don’t have a lot but its no time limit and plenty of space. Eddie was fantastic he asked me about what type of massage I needed for the first five minutes. I wanted deep tissue on shoulders and neck because I had a lot of issues the past week. And he did just that, it definitely hurt haha but I had a lot of knots and tension. 100% gone after — I do need to stretch and work on posture but he definitely addressed the concerns I had. highly recommend and will be back!

I recently moved to the San Fernando valley and tried a few acupuncturist, and was lucky enough to finally find Albina at Golden Harmony Acupuncture & Wellness!
I was experiencing some very bad sciatica and Albina worked her magic on me and now I’m pain free! Two thumbs up! I would recommend for others!

Just had the best massage I’ve ever had with Ryan. He really knows what’s he’s doing and the pressure and technique was amazing. Just what I needed. Definitely going back to him. My fiancé had acupuncture and cupping with Albina for the second time now, he’s extremely satisfied. We finally found a professional clinic we’re going to use again and again :) 5 stars!

Wonderful experience!
It was my first time getting a deep tissue massage and seeing it on Groupon, I thought I’d give it a try. Making an appointment was extremely easy, the receptionist was very sweet and accommodating.
My masseuse was Eddie. He made me feel very comfortable. The relaxing music and atmosphere was perfect for a massage. I had a lot of knots throughout my upper back and neck region, but Eddie used the perfect amount of pressure and technique because I feel so much better!
Highly recommend!

I got to my appointment 30 minutes early and everyone there was extremely courteous, I ended up getting Vanessa as my masseuse and I got the 60min hot stone massage
She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable & satisfied
I have gotten many massages before
But I think this was one the best massages I have received

My search for an acupuncturist brought me to Golden Harmony, due to their stellar reviews on Unilocal.Albina is the acupuncturist I have been working with. I won’t lie; I was slightly apprehensive at first because I didn’t know what to expect, being that it was my first time. However, I went in with an open mind and found that Albina was extremely knowledgable about oriental medicine which really put me at ease. She spent a great deal of time with me on my first visit to do a very thorough check, including medical history, and ended with my very first acupuncture treatment. I kid you not, I could feel the effects immediately after just one session! Don’t believe me? Try it yourself.
Every visit I’ve had, I’ve found Albina to be very patient and she always takes as much time to answer any questions I have. She is extremely gentle and she always checks the sites before needle placement to make sure there are no bruises or anything that may make you more sensitive to touch. Once needles are placed, you’re left in a very relaxed state with calming music in the background and a dimly lit room. Seriously. I’ve even fallen asleep a few times. I always leave my sessions feeling refreshed, yet with a sense of calm and euphoria like no other. I can’t really explain it, so you’ll just have to try it for yourself and see. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Eddie today and it was fantastic! He is a very skilled masseuse and made my back feel back to normal again. I get massages on a regular basis since I am a competitive athlete and he used some very unique techniques that I’ve never had done before.
The massage room itself was very warm and cozy with a nice heated table. Scheduling was also super easy. I called on a Friday and had an appointment for the following Monday. Highly recommended!
