If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to feel like you’re a criminal and about to walk into the most ghetto shop you’ve ever seen, this is your spot. You can’t even walk upstairs without smelling the weed the employees and managers that are obviously smoking it. Secondly, they will NEVER register you in the system despite going there several times. The weed is absolutely horrid and nauseating, you get a nice after taste of chemicals in your mouth after smoking it; Who knows, they probably lacing it with rat poison to make it heavier. If you want to give you money straight to the cartel and feel threatened, this is also your place. So unprofessional, I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down. I’m guessing its a favorite spot for all the gangs around here. Horrible customer service, the guards are obviously selective as to who gets to walk in and buy their shitty weed, they’re always high anyway and they don’t even know what they’re doing half the time. I’ve never felt so disrespected. If i could sum up this place in a couple of words: an absolutely horrid, disgusting, peace of sh** establishment. Save your money and your dignity and go somewhere else, please.

To be honest, this place is such a ghetto sh*tty ass joke with its disgusting weed, that tastes like it’s been laced with pesticide and liquid glass (to make it heavier), it’s so disgusting it taste so bad and it’s like you have just inhaled a load of dirty chemicals. The staff are rude, always stoned, not friendly, you feel constantly threatened in here. The security guard picks and chooses who he wants in. They NEVER EVER, register you on the system; I have been time and time again then all of a sudden when this «security guard» was stood behind the receptionist this one time, I wasn’t registered in the system. This place is the most unprofessional joke of a place ever. I can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down yet. It’s not a business it’s clearly some dirty gang set up.

I had good service here for about 7 months even though their selection is horrible. About 2 months ago I came in and there were new people who carded me and proceeded to tell me rudely that my rec was not on file. I told them I was just there yesterday and I’m a frequent customer. Nevertheless they refused to let me in and I will never go back there again. Emperor 35 is much better.

They stay open til 2am on the weekdays & 3am during the weekends. Great price and quality. Id like to give a shout out to the homie PATRICK with his great service and understanding for the past 3 years since I’ve discovered this dispensary. Thank you for your service with the community!

Decent selection. Nice front office and smile was an excellent tender. He answered all questions. Would recommend to others.

Don’t trust this place, if you’re desperate and it’s late go ahead. Sometimes opens like a half hour late employees just stroll in whenever they want to. often there’s nothing on the shelf

It use to be a cool spot when the Armenians ran it, now they have dumb ass security who’s selective in who goes in «first» because you’re never in the system… Budtenders in the back smoking while on the job (unprofessional) & arguing with customers. The shop is now dirty & run down with weird teenagers always chillin in the alley. They need to get their operations in order or they’ll get shut down.

This is an update review from the previous 1 star bc I come here a lot since it’s the only thing open after a night shift. The bud is always really good. The new budtenders are pretty dope. The previous blonde lady that used to work there called me a bitch for my previous 1 star review as I was leaving and I overheard her. I knocked on the back door to confront her but no one opened.

This place is one of the dirtiest shop in the San Fernando Valley I have ever came across budtenders are always smoking their s*** very unprofessional especially Management I would highly not recommend this shop unless you want to get ripped off or mugged in the back parking lot parking sucks big time no lightning

Not a good selection of meds. All smelled like stress. Good things are it’s open til 2 or 3am and really nice staff.

There are a number of things to be said about this place. But I just can’t! The only reason I have given it one star is because it’s open till 2 a.m. which makes it convenient and the people have always been nice (although they lie). There is no good buds here!!! Warning their variety and strains (though in multitude) Could make the most desperate stoner stop blowing. These herbs are by far some of the worst ever. The lower grade and private reserve or top shelf medication are one in the same.

This shop sales marijuana with out any leagal medical id and the security guard is rude and very agrasive toward legal medical card holder and their ferinds without any legal card will get service.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now. Every time I come in (every other night) I spend about an average of $ 70 to $ 140. I come to this club because they stay open late. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I’ve given 2 of the security my recommendation twice now and some how they have failed to get it into the system. I haven’t ever dealt with such incompetent stoners before in my life!
There is this short guy there who looks like a little wanna-​be thug and he seems to be the one who is messing all my info up every time. Tonight when I came in this little armo stoner kid realized my Info in the system was still messed up and instead of taking responsibility for the continuous problem or fixing it or looking for the correct info he just got up and left the desk to not deal with it. He sent his stupid security friend to tell me he didn’t want to deal with it that he’s trying to be nice and to just leave. I am so shocked this happened ! I am going to report this place up and down for all the illegal things they have going on there, they mistreated the wrong patient tonight!

This club is weak. They still charge 20 for a gram, and low grade herb. The only upper is that it’s a 2a. m shop. So if your feenin then that’s your spot. Green earth on woodman and Vanowen is what I recommend. Best herbs in the valley. Been going there for about 4 years now still hasn’t let me down.

Nice that they are open late. BUT, lacks a certain professionalism I need at my dispensary. PLUS. as a first-​timer, I was NOT offered any specials, which is powerful dispensary tradition. At least throw in some kind of first-​timer swag. Frankly, I think it’s because I’m older, and didn’t meet some «look» requirement… SO, good if you like that vibe and/​or late-​night service. Bud is not bad, not great, but that could simply be the batch of that strain was a little weak. They seem to get good reviews on their product, and i don’t dispute that. Personally, I still prefer my regular, RDC, just up the street. They are still the class act of the Valley, and treated me very well as a first-​timer. That builds customer loyalty out of the gate…

The last time I was there u couldn’t get in the parking lot 10 cars half with people siting inside waiting for. The bud guy to come back not cool. Inside was a circus tried to ask a few questions was totally blown off the dudes like when u decide what u want Lmk. Fuck You Ur suppose to be helping. I used to like the product I got there but the guy that worked last visit was a Dickhole. Lacking quality on the oil guy called it shatter & it was str8 Sap they must be running some garbage it was brown & had no smell or taste. Their bud was decent at best I asked for the Gorilla Glue shit wasn’t even close fake schwagg I’ll be hitting other stores now Jerk Offs I think u need better management & real herb

This place is great! Super friendly staff, great quality meds at a very affordable price. Amazing first time patient specials. Clean, organized, and safe shop. Open late! What more could you want?
