Reseda International Collision Center

I went to two auto repair shops so that I can compare and decide where to take my car. I went to Reseda International Collision Center because they work with Mercury Insurance. I also read the excellent reviews on Unilocal.I decided to go with Reseda International Collision Center because of their customer service.
I spoke to Arthur over the phone and he was courteous and professional. When I went to the shop, I met Gary, the GM. Gary was very professional and gave me an estimate to repair my car. And Lorena at the front desk was friendly and professional as well.
It was also very convenient that Enterprise Rental Car was right next door.
My car was done pretty fast, and the quality of the work was excellent. They also have a lifetime guarantee on their work.
I would recommend Reseda International Collision Center to anyone that wants excellent customer service and quality work.

It always stinks to be caught up in an accident but the team at Reseda International Collision Center really made the experience smooth. Arthur was great at ensuring my car would be taken care of in a timely manner and even set me up with a discount at the rent-​a-​car place next door. Oh Reseda International Collision Center, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways!
I got into a car accident not too long ago and I didn’t have full coverage. Which meant that I’d be paying for it all out of pocket. Also, I’d be taking the bus from where I lived in the valley all the way into downtown LA, where I work. When I told the people at RICC this (Arthur was the name of the guy who helped me), he said that’s would do everything he could to get me the lowest possible price and get it done as quickly as he could. And he DID! When I got my car back it was so beautiful – repainted with pretty much a whole new front side. And he got me a very fair price. They made me feel a lot better about the whole situation and they took great care of me. I would recommend this place to my family and friends, and to you reading this article!

WOW… this place is a perfect example of what Unilocal means when they say «As good as it gets!» I worked with Arthur and he was excellent, the whole team deserves 5 stars for their attentiveness and customer service. I will be sending all my friends to Reseda International Collision Center whenever they have auto body needs, my car looks amazing after the work they did on it. VERY impressed to say the least. Excellent body shop! I always take my car here and know they will do an amazing job. They are great to work with, really great people. They are always fair and put your car back in brand new condition. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic outcome all around. My car was taken in on Wednesday and was complete by Friday afternoon for a rear bumper replacement and paint job. Author and Gary are amazing to work with. Given the assurance that the car will be worked on promptly and that the work will be guaranteed, was great to hear, especially when the outcome was proven. It seems that the front desk assistant, Lorena, is a new hire for I needed to reach out to her to follow up with the car progress and insurance coverage (out of pocket). I did leave a voice message, which Lorena claims was not left on the answering machine.
But most importantly, Gary (owner) and Author displayed excellent customer service and kept their word with the timing of my car.

Wow! I have been dealing with this body shop for numerous years. If you are dealing with insurance or looking to fix your vintage car this is the place to go. Very honest and upfront. They really care about their customers and go out of their way to finish job on time. Not one time was my car ever behind schedule.
They work with most insurance companies. See the Robert the office manager. You will be treated like a customer not a number. If you are picky who works on your car you can trust the people at Reseda Center. You can’t find a more honest body shop.

When I first received my car back from Reseda International Collision Center, my review was far from stellar because they promised to fix my broken rear window (which they did) and tint it (which they did not). Upon driving home, I also noticed there was a strange rattling coming from shards of remaining broken glass, which I was told was vacuumed (missed some spots, boys). Naturally, I was extremely disappointed at the level of detail this highly recommended shop missed, and gave them a less than good review.
Saner minds prevail, however, and I completely understand that things can be overlooked. With that in mind, I decided to give Reseda International Collision Center a chance to redeem themselves, and boy did they ever. From the second the manager (Gary) heard my concerns, he not only took care of the work that was missed (tinting and removal of glass shards), but picked up the tab on a rental car for the duration of the time the work was to be completed. This is especially impressive since the tint shop was only a short distance away and wouldn’t take more than an hour. (From my experience, there are very few places would offer anything remotely like this).
In summary, I cannot give Reseda International Collision Center a 5-​star rating and be a fair reviewer, I can confidently say that they will do everything they can to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. You may want to double-​check any work that they do before getting your car back, but their customer service is truly spectacular and you would be hard pressed to find any operation of this size deliver the kind of service they do.

This place is great! Brian was super helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. He really helped me out when insurance was slacking. Car looks and drives great, and they guarantee their work! Hopefully I do not have a need for body work again, but if I do, I’m taking it here.

My insurance recommended me here when I was involved in an accident. Never have I ever experienced such knowledgeable and caring people! Every person I spoke to knew exactly what they were talking about and had such great patience with me while I figured everything out. Arthur was the main person I dealt with and he is the absolute best. Not only did he take care of me and my vehicle, he fixed previous scratches (for free!), and sent me on way with a little bottle of paint for other knicks and whatnot.

What an INCREDIBLE experience. I was in an accident in Dec 2014 with my Honda Civic Sedan and had quite a bit of damage. The International Collision team took exceptional care of me and my car. They made sure that everything was fixed, including portions missed by my insurance inspector! They walked me over to the neighboring Enterprise to ensure that I was set up with a good rental car. Not only do they take perfect care of your vehicle but they truly make sure you walk away feeling like family. Their hours are incredibly convenient including being open on Saturdays. Their professionalism and courteous attitude cannot be measured. They cater to your needs and are always available to answer any questions or concerns. I am TRULY GRATEFUL to have found this place and I will never anywhere else again. Thank you Arthur and Robert and the entire International Collision team!

Awesome friendly staff. Arthur was very helpful and informative, and he kept me up to date with phone calls letting me know where they were at with the work that was being done. In the end the car was flawless! I’m super happy with the service and will defiantly use them again in the future.

I didn’t think it was possible for my car to look even better than before I had the accident. They did an excellent job. I’m a total OCD perfectionist and all I can say is that it’s pristine. My 2013 Accord Coupe got involve in an accident with a 17yr old who drives daddy’s BMW (who’s at fault!!!). I decided to bring it here according to the reviews that I read from the comments and the 5 star rating, plus my insurance suggested them. Fair enough, they’re the real deal! Just ask for Robert or Arthur and these guys are absolute professionals, knowledgeable, and they know how to communicate with their clients. If they say they will treat your car as if it was their own, take their word for it because they will… I highly recommend them to everyone. These guys did excellent work repairing my car, and provided fantastic service! They went above and beyond to take care of my case. The manager was even able to help me renegotiate my rental car costs — which saved me A LOT. I hope I don’t need to come back, but if I do, I’ll definitely come here again.

Amazing service. Robert and his crew know how to please someone who has gotten into an accident. He repainted my car for me 4 times… until it was perfect, and looked better than the factory side. I have went to him for all my car repair needs, and will continue to if I ever need to… hopefully not though.
My car was a silver 2012 Mustang and had just gotten into an accident with not even 5k miles on it. I was very upset, but Robert knew exactly how to take care of the car. The first couple of paint tries it came back fine, but I was a perfectionist and wanted my car to look like the factory side… painted by robots. A very hard thing to ask for… Along the way Robert was knowledgeable, and informed me about things without any sort of attitude at all. He told me the last time he looked over every part of the process in detail, and it came out beautiful. Nothing wrong with the paint at all.
My whole family has went to him and will continue to. There is a reason all the reviews say he is the best and all 5 stars… he is! Thanks Robert and the crew, I had to write this to show how good you all are.
