I had high hopes when I first brought my shampooer/steamer in to see why it wasn’t sucking up the water. Turned out it needed a cleaning, which they did, and for a decent price — $ 27. I pick it up, go to use it two days later and all the water leaks out! There’s a hole in the bottom of the water tank that wasn’t there when I brought it in. I call and get a complete denial. «Why would we have taken off the water tank»? I don’t know — I’m not the one who fixed it. I insisted that the damage was done on their premises; it hadn’t been like that when I brought it in. They deny everything. Not only can I not afford a new tank(which is almost ½ the price of a new machine, I’m now out the $ 27 repair. At the very least, they should offer to refund me the $ 27 and at the most, they should buy me a new tank. They sure won’t be getting any more business from me — nor referrals, either.

I’m so glad I found this place. I get my vacuum serviced here. Any problems with the belt, bags, and motor; bring it in. The also carry cleaning agents, paper dispenser, home or office cleaning supplies. The personnel here are extremely helpful.

VACUUMREPAIRSHOPISGREAT! I take my Dirt Devil stand up right vacuum here for maintenance & repairs & they are fast & reliable. The people that run the store are always very nice. They only charge me $ 25 to replace my belt & clean the whole motor & vacuum. It last for about a year each time. I’ve been doing this for about 4 years & it is worth it! Another place wanted to charge me $ 75 for the same job!
