I have been to this Baskin Robbins quite a few times. The staff is always nice and friendly. My son likes to pop in every once in a while for ice cream. The place was clean every time I went. I would recommend.

This is by far one of the WORST Baskin Robbins stores. Ever. They have no concept of customer service. I just hung up and ordered my cake from the one in Woodland Hills just because I dont want to deal with them.
Their service is the same crappy service it has been over the last 20 years. What a shame.

Typical baskin robbins ice cream. I gave it a low score because of the Hobos that come out of the wood works to beg for money. I’d rather go to the one on reseda and plummer then deal with them.
