Our go-to for some decently cheap Korean barbecue. It’s open late night and its only $ 11.99 compared to all the other places in the valley. You pay an extra two bucks so you don’t have to drive all the way to LA. Is it the best? No. But it’s cheap, the service is decent and I personally love fatty brisket and that’s what you’ll get here. Of course you can get other meats as well. They have recently tried to expand their options. You get I think 5 – 6 different options of pork and beef and they have the soups and such too. It’s overall just a good place to go late at night for a Korean barbecue fix.

This is my favorite KBBQ place in the Valley! I love their salad and the brisket is always good. The gentlemen who work here are always so friendly and easy to talk to. There is plenty of parking and I’ve only seen this place super packed once. Definitely a place to try out when you’re craving meat.

I walked in this place with low expectations. $ 12.99AYCE, you get what you pay for, but I wanted some krn bbq. As with every other cheap krn bbq I have been to, your plate of brisket is going to be composed of 70% fat, 30% protein. BUT. I was pleasantly surprised. The meat was decent grade(70% protein, 30% fat). Yay. Then, my boyfriend brought my attention to this magic black sauce. I poured them onto my plate of brisket, and WOW! now we’re talking! I gave it a four star for the food and sevice. But they do charge you $ 2.99 for a side of egg, and kimichi will be your only banchan. The bathroom could also use some work. It had writings all over the wall and mirror. But it’s still $ 12.99AYCE kBBQ in the Valley. I will definitely be coming back.

Worst kbbq I’ve ever had. Only good thing in this place is they close late. But to be honest, I don’t care. Never coming back here! Came in with party of 9. We waited longer than we anticipated but it was kinda okay because the place is small. When the table was«ready»(as they say) we hurriedly walked to the table because we were hungry and waited awhile but everything was REALLYDIRTY even the chairs, there were oils from the meat I’m guessing, so my girlfriend asked if they can wipe it out but the guy stared at us and rolled his eyes then grab the chair and exchanged it with the chair right behind our table without even asking them, OKAYRUDE! I was already annoyed but my girlfriend told me to be calm about it so i let it go. But then, this rude bearded guy with a hat happens to be our server YAY! He was so rude all night I lost my appetite and just didn’t wanna say anything to ruin my friends’ night. He kept on slamming the plates on the table rudely, like he was really annoyed. Still, I myself is a server at a kbbq so i know how it feels but it is NEVER okay to act like that with customers. Rice is 1.25 which is VERYDISAPPOINTING and they dont have fountain soda, they have canned soda which is 1.25 also. It’s not worth it. The dining went by okay since we try not to ask anything from the rude guy, but here’s what’s shady about it. When we were done and ready to pay, I understand that for bigger parties gratuity is already included. But it says it’s 15% for big parties, we only realized we got ripped off when we were all outside and asking how much we pay since we did seperate checks. We did the math and they took 20% and they don’t freakin deserve it. I could’ve given them NONE! If you can, don’t go here. Drive all the way to ktown with better choice of meat. If I could do No star I would, but unfortunately I can’t. Me and my friends are never coming back, and will spread the word. Sorry, not sorry!

Worst KBBQ I’ve ever had. The meat was tough and cheap; the sesame weirdly had pepper in it alongside the salt; the marinated beef was totally bland and also, there’s 1) no free refills — you pay for each drink, 2) Rice is not free with the meal, like every other restaurant, 3) The staff don’t seem to have any idea about what’s going on and one of them will just stare at you blankly as you order, and 4) The bulgogi is on the most expensive plan, to force you to pay more. Most places have bulgogi and brisket in the same plan. Seriously, I go to KBBQ all the time but I won’t return to this rip-off place. Terrible, a huge waste of money. Go to Bud Namu or Woori instead — they’re much much better!

This place is very simple, clean, nicely priced, and the food never disappoints. Unfortunately after being a well known customer, I was surprised what happened to us one night. I called in 45 minutes before closing to make sure they are serving until 2 a.m. I let them know we were on our way, which is only ten minutes from the restaurant. As we pulled up we saw the open sign lit up at 1:30 a.m. Along with a couple of customers, but when we entered they said we are closed, and I said I just called, but it didn’t matter. The owner is awfully rude. Our family misses filling our bellies, and spending quality time at this establishment so close to home. Yes, it’s the best value for what you get, yummy sauce, delectable meats, but I will never spend my money where I felt humiliated for no reason. We decided to head on to Mels Diner and people were arriving minutes before closing, and weren’t turned away. Bad service and rude owners is unacceptable in any business. Beware.

I absolutely love this place. Yes it may have less meat options than any other Korean bbq joint, but by far for its price it’s the best you can do in the Valley. However, the only reason I gave this place a 4 star is due to the lack of the waiters checking up on tables in a timely manner. I’m at this place once a week and I will always be going back. The gentlemen that work at this place are very friendly and at times there may be an hour wait but do call in advance and they will put your name on the wait list.

Worst Korean BBQ restaurant. I am really big fan of Korean BBQ as I am Korean. But this restaurant made me disapointment. I visited 2 times with my friend. Price was not bad but only 4 choices and side dishes were only kimchi, salad, a little onion and chilis. That is all. Other side dishes must be paid. Only this restaurant did this since I have visited more than 10 Korean BBQ restaurant. Also, only one server served everything. Why? If I choose the restaurant with the same price, I will exactly not choose here.

Came here on a whim or rather I asked a friend since it was my birthday and I wanted to do something special for once rather than the same old stuff. Surprise! Came here. It’s awesome overall, good meat(though it can be mostly fat at times), fantastic salad, and satisfying. My only gripe is that they were too slow on giving us water. FARFARTOOSLOW. When it comes to that heat and such, water is very important. I still recommend it for All you can eat Korean BBQ on the cheap.

I like this place, but it doesn’t tickle my pickle like other kbbq spots. Its cheaper than most. The service is mediocre, but the people that work there are chill… i guess. Been here several times because my friends like this place. You get all you could eat meats with a selection of 4 or 5 different variety. The sides only include kimchie, side lettuce salad, and a salty ass soy sauce dip. Its all good, you should try it out yourself and be the judge of it.

Simple menu with limited choices of three meats which is the only downfall. The higher priced choice which is the one we took $ 13.99 was very good! It’s also all you can eat, so that can’t be beat for dinner or what not. Rice is extra but all the kimchi and basics like salad comes with the meal. This is not a fancy place but great parking lot and easygoing atmosphere where u can come in shorts and a t shirt and be perfectly fine. I suggest it too as its a bit hot while u cook your own meal. Good decision to come here as total with a lavish $ 8 tip was like $ 74 bucks for 4. That’s $ 18.50 Per person with tax and tip for those who are mental midgets with math ;).

PROS Great that it’s open so late. Service is quick Amazing salad CONS Poor ventilation so it’s extremely hot in there. Beef is hit or miss(sometimes all fat) Poor selection of sides

I honestly love this place and how it stays open late. They close at 2 most nights. I get here with 50 minutes till close and they guy turns me away. What’s the point of advertising 2am closing if you won’t even follow it? It be a 4 star but that honestly really ticked me off so I gave it a 3

I really wish they had a menu with more options, as 2 meats + 2 side dishes is really lacking for a KBBQAYCE… The hours are great though and the price is decent($ 11.99 pp, $ 13.99 option isn’t worth it), but not really worth considering what you get in comparison to the competition. I come here maybe once every 6 – 8 months which is not good considering I live 30 seconds away. This place offers Brisket and Pork belly, but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference after putting them both on the grill. The grill is also kind of annoying since all the grease drips to the sides near to where you’re sitting and in some cases will pop onto you which is annoying and painful. Things like rice and stews should be free, as it makes patrons fuller, so not sure where they’re going with their business logic either… unless their meat cuts are cheaper than the sides which is a concern in itself. I really like that ponzu sauce or whatever they got goin on for the meat. I’d honestly rather drive up to kalbeQ up in simi valley if I can make it before closing time. Probably the best KBBQ in the valley /outside of k-town.

The parking lot here is huge. The service is great. You honestly get what you pay for. It’s cheap ayce Korean bbq. They don’t have a wide selection(just brisket and marinated beef). The rice is an additional charge. A lot of people like the ponzu sauce that they have here for the meat. Overall, this place is close to where I live and does the job for me.

AYCE for $ 11.99 /no sides(besides salad) & rice is $ 1.25 Giving this place one star for the server, I believe he was Hispanic. & another star for the food. Other than that, there’s nothing special about this place. Came here around 11pm & it was packed so we had to wait a little bit. While we were waiting for our table, the Asian man(I’m guessing the owner) cleaning our table, dropped the rag, THENPICKEDITUP&CLEANEDTHETABLEWITHIT??? Ummmm ew. The other servers were decent. However, there is a Hispanic man working here who was extremely nice. The food itself was good. Not the best Korean barbecue I’ve had, but it was good. Might come back, but probably not for a while.

I am a huge KBBQ fan. They invented all you can eat because of ME. I have to say, this place sucks sweaty Korean balls. They did not have any of the pre-meal essentials like cold noodles, weird pickled things, or yellow bean sprouts. Best case scenerio: half way decent Kimchi(but honestly, you can’t fuck up kimchi) The selection was terrible. Although the service was fine(not exceptional) it doesn’t make up for the quality of the food. The brisket was awful and the marinated beef tastes like your gym bag. Also, it made us all sick the next day. Sure, if you want KBBQ at 1am and nothing else is open, come here. But honestly, skip it and go to mcdonalds if you want cheap craptastoc food.
