Capital one uses great bleeding edge technology. Emphasis on «bleeding» as now we are totally screwed to trust this bank.
This location gave me a hard time in depositing my check and kept telling me to do it on my phone when I showed them it doesn’t work.
They don’t think they even need tellers anymore, you don’t need hundreds, just go to the ATM.
The arrogance…

Worst CapitalOne experience. Only go here to use the ATM.
Arrived in the middle of a weekday and the manager on duty clearly did not understand what I was asking or is incompetent (or both). Tried to tell me that my account was going to be shutdown and sent to collections if it is ever in the red for a few days. Then, he called me a risk to the company.
So, I called corporate and they explained what he should have known: they will send you to collections if your in the red and don’t pay it after 60 days. And, over drafting is a service that they provide and are making money off of. They apologized and said I am not a risk.
