Stay away from this company! If they come to your door, tell them to leave immediately. They sold us thousands of dollars of equipment and when they came to install it all we quickly realized they did not know what they were doing. I work for a company that at any time a phone call could mean saving someones life so we thoroughly expressed this to them and the need for the set up to be a certain way. When they started to do the install it was a complete screw up on every level so we stopped them immediately before they could finish. We tried to talk to the mgmnt in Reston but they are now ignoring us. The sales person no longer is there either. Now we have all this equipment and have never actually even had their svc. They want to charge us 30% to take it all back and it hasnt even been opened. They are also charging our cc a monthly fee which I have tried repeatedly to cancel(emails, opened a ticket, etc.) but nothing has been done. I just contacted the cc company and had them block any further transactions. Be warned, read all the bad reviews online. Do not consider this bunch of crooks!!!

I am very unhappy with this company. About 6 months ago a sales person came to my door with an offer for service and I just happened to be looking. The sales people were very nice and even helped me with some extra things around my office while they were there. I signed up for a package that included cell phone service. However the offer they described to me and what I got were 2 different things. I did not look closely enough when I signed the contract and later found I was under a contract I could not get out of for 3 years. i am supposed to have 5 digital lines, but they set everything up under 1 digital line. When I called to try to talk to them about it, they said they do not provided that service so I would have to hire an outside company to get the lines set. For this lack of service I am paying about 4 times what I would with another company. Next time I will take time to read all the small print. Lesson learned!
