Alex Lim, the company’s owner, called me on Monday morning– as he said he would. He looked at the dress and then took the time to look it up on the internet to see what it costs now. He offered to a.) reimburse me for the going rate or b.) purchase the exact same dress and have it shipped to me. I expressed to him that I felt frustrated to not receive the full amount I paid for the dress, especially after I drove 35 minutes to be harassed by his manager. Mr. Lim acknowledged my «personal experience» and agreed to send me a check for the full value of the dress (the amount I paid for it).
If I decide to patronize Crest Cleaners again, I absolutely will NOT use their Reston location as long as Mario is employed there. That being said, the company’s owner was responsive and handled a difficult situation the best way he could.

Awful. Pricing is not transparent at all. They wanted to charge $ 25 for 2 uncomplicated, unstained, relatively inexpensive items. When I asked to negotiate the bill, they refused, so I walked out. Over the next couple weeks, they left multiple voicemails asking me to pick up the items, but then when I would call back they would still not negotiate. I think they just don’t believe women should be able to do this, even though it’s just a basic part of doing business. Finally after 40-​some odd days of them holding my clothes hostage, I was able to talk them down to a slightly more reasonable charge. Hold the line, people. There is nothing good about interacting with this company. A woman asking to negotiate is not «attitude». #ripoff #scam

Great dry cleaner! Here’s why:
1. Late hours (open til 8 on weekdays)

3. Express 24 hour drop.
4. In by 11 out by 5
5. Awesome staff — Antonio gave me lots of helpful info and a coupon
6. Home pick up/​delivery service

Great customer service before during and after. Called me to verify cleaning for an item with no tags. Excellent job with cleaning and removing stains. Only downfall I would say is that the price for a men’s 2 piece suit comes out to $ 7.95 less than a women’s dress suit because a dress suit is charged separately as a dress (same price as a men’s 2 piece suit) and a sports jacket (additional charge). I feel like men’s suit and women’s suit should be charged the same price.

I heartily liked the way that the staff cleaned the flag that I had recently brought in to be cleaned and I also liked the fact that it was free as well. The public area up front was super clean, well maintained and (&) organized By The Way. :)

Way over priced. I walked in with 2 pairs of pants. I believe they said it was $ 10/​each pair. That is outrageous. When I said «Woah», the employee kinda laughed and said «Ya…» like he knew. Forget that. There are lots of other dry cleaners in the area.

On many occasions they have broken the buttons off of my expensive dress shirts, replacing them with mismatching ones, and in some cases — not aligning them with the button slots. They also once destroyed a one of a kind, handmade dress and at first, they did not want to take responsibility for the damage. I would not recommend using this Crest Cleaners in Reston.

Fast service but expensive and not always perfect. They ask 42 bucks to wash a comforter; you’ve got to be kidding me. For that price, ill save my money and buy a larger washer for my home.
Pants often come back looking pressed, but having the same wrinkles visible when I leave as when I drop them off.
I’m heading elsewhere.

Located in the South Lakes shopping center. Pretty expensive for dry cleaning. Try to find a coupon if you can. The shirts came out clean. The staff is friendly. The store seems pretty clean and comfortable. The mats in the lobby could use a good vacuum. I dropped off on a Sunday and was able to pick up by Monday at 5PM. They have a delivery service as well.

Crest Cleaners is a reliable, convenient, in-​store laundry service that can get your orders done by 5pm if you drop off by 11am that day. The home delivery service is free, although I haven’t used it since they are located across the street from my home. And for those who care about the environment like me, Crest Cleaners use GreenEarth cleaning products and provide free hanger recycling at the store. My only hesitation is PRICE. They are a little more than other competitors (specifically men’s dress shirts) but the location and the consistency make up for it. Mario and his staff are always professional and friendly, and care about customer satisfaction. Definitely worth your business.

I’ve been going to Crest Cleaners for a couple years now and I doubt I’ll go anywhere else. They are fast, convenient, and particularly accommodating considering I’ve often had to ask favors.
The employees have all been there a while and are outstanding at their jobs. They remember people quickly. Lorenzo even knows my car and will have my clothes ready for me to take before I even get to the door so I’ll be in and out in seconds.
It can be expensive but I’ve always gotten what I pay for. Plus, once you’ve spent a certain amount, they send you coupons in the mail, usually worth $ 20-​$ 30.
They have free home delivery if you live close by! Unbelievably helpful for me.
Really great work they do over there. Highly recommend them to all!

Pricey, but friendly service, best quality drycleaning I have found! I trust my favorite Karen Millen coats, leather, and silks to them!
Some balk at the pricing from Crest Cleaners, but I find that I get what I pay for. Regular customers get added convenience and regular coupons to offset the expense. For those on a budget, you may not want to take your mens’ cotton dress shirts here, but that special evening gown, your wedding dress, grandmother’s quilts, leather coats, silk Hermes scarves, and intricate pressings aren’t something you’d trust to just anyone. I feel that they care as much for my precious things as I do. When it really counts, I wouldn’t take my most valued pieces to any other drycleaner. If you bring a piece in by 10:00 a.m., you may pick it up by 5:00 p./m. Try finding a same day cleaners in the reston area that can touch the quality and convenience of this place! I work in a highly formal professional enviornment, so most of my wardrobe is dry-​clean only. With thousands of pieces over the years, they’ve never lost one item.

I’ve taken my clothes to Crest Cleaners many times and never had a problem until now. I recently took in 8 dress shirts. When I got the dress shirts back, 4 of the 8 shirts had shrunken sleeves! I immediately called Crest Cleaners and was told to come in with the shirts. I spoke with the Manager, Mario. He told me the cause of the shrunken sleeves was due to the fact that I usually wash and dry my shirts at home. I told him that I have taken in these shirts before and never had a problem.
He told me that it was NOT their fault and that I needed to contact the manufacture of the shirts with the problem! I told him I wanted to make a claim and he responded that I needed to contact the manufacturer first before he would make a claim! I asked him why I wasn’t asked if I wash my shirts and if there is a disclaimer posted regarding this issue. He said there was not a disclaimer and they do not ask customers if they wash their dress shirts. He told me if this was a constant problem, then he wouldn’t have any customers. I understand that this is not an every day problem, so I asked him if maybe a setting was placed too high? He said the setting is the same for all shirts. Then why was only 4 of the 8 shirts affected?
Mistakes happen. I get that, but Crest Cleaners should taken responsibility for shrinking my shirt sleeves.
I will go back to the stores of where I purchased my shirts, but I doubt the shirts will be taken back. Then I will try and make a claim, even though the Manger, Mario is very reluctant. Needless to say, I will never go back to Crest Cleaners. I cannot trust a company who does not take responsibility for their mistake and worst, blames me for their mistake.

I dropped off a dozen or so items on Sunday for next day pickup and was very happy to find a cleaner in my new neighborhood with overnight drop-​off service and late enough hours that picking up after work would not be inconvenient.
When my girlfriend went in the next day to pick them up, she was told that a machine broke and they were not ready and we could come back the next day.
Ok fine, things happen, it’s very understandable.
But I went in today to pick them up and was charged full price (next day service price) even though an extra trip had to be made, my clothes were not available to me when I needed them.
But the real kicker was when I asked for a reduced rate for the delay and inconvenience I was told «I can’t give you a discount because it wasn’t our fault, the machine was broken».
Excuse me?! Not your fault? What, so it’s MY fault that your machine broke then?
I was all set to be a new regular customer, and I wasn’t concerned about the buck or two that could have been discounted, but it makes me worried that next time could be …“sorry sir, the machine broke and burned up your suit, but that’s not our fault so deal with it.“
Not a risk I want to take.

My family has been using Crest Cleaners for as long as I can remember mostly because the employees are so great. Everyone is so nice it’s hard to stop going! They always do a great job and although it’s a bit pricey it’s well worth it. Great dry cleaners!

My husband now has a 9 – 5 «dress up» job and we’re doing weekly dry cleaning. I LOVE Crest and their drop off service. They are a little more expensive, yes, but worth the money for the convenience factor.

Loved Crest Cleaners since using them in Alexandria, and this location is no different. In by 11 am and done by 5 pm same day — can’t beat that if you are a procrastinator. Prices are about average. This location is not terribly convenient though; the shopping center can be a bit of a zoo.
