Ledo’s has always been very tasty but never really blew me away. Chris C gave my friend and I the most pleasant experience. Always a smile on his face, very positive and helpful attitude, takes great care of his tables. He should be the role model for other servers. The food is fairly good for an Italian joint in Virginia. Very casual and easy. I would recommend a meal here.

This was the greasiest pizza I have ever had! Would not recommend to anyone. I really wouldn’t give it any stars but it won’t process my rating if I don’t select one.

My coworker and I were Jonesing for some Ledo’s at work last week. Their pizza is nearly addictive and should probably be regulated by the government. I got my usual pizza with pepperoni and bacon, which results in the ubiquitous grease spots on any area of the box that even bothers to look at the toppings, which I fully expect each time and am certainly not complaining about. Yes, it’s bad for me. Yes, my cardiologist would have me locked-up if he knew I was eating this. But who cares? I’m not ordering it for the health component. The crust is always thin & crispy. And Ledo’s never cuts corners. We ordered the lunch to-go, so I can’t comment on the interior of the restaurant or service. But if those are anything like the food, I’m sure they’ll be fine. And greasy(in a good way).

Bumping back up. Flippin has been majorly letting me down on all fronts as of late(pizza quality, customer service, etc.) and I’ve started going back to Ledo’s as my go-to pizza place. One of the girls who used to know me back when I ordered from here primarily, recognized me instantly and asked how me and my dog were doing – amazing she would remember details like that for one customer after all this time. My pizzas have been reliably awesome every time I’ve gone in recent weeks and I actually questioned why I ever went elsewhere(but remembered it’s because Ledo’s doesn’t deliver… still hoping they change this soon!!). My review below references a bad customer service experience with one of their employees, however, I haven’t had one since and hadn’t had one prior – so this is clearly a case of «one bad apple.» Ledo’s is my go-to pizza spot in Reston again!

My husband and I work a lot so we often pick up a pizza from this location for an easy, quick dinner. We always get half hotlanta, half veggie. The pizza is incredibly delicious but the price is never the same and sometimes they give us crispy bacon and sometimes soft bacon. My husband and I have made a game out of trying to guess how much it’s going to cost. It can vary from $ 19-$ 23. It’s worth the price though, and it’s always ready for us fast. I would recommend calling in and then picking it up because there is limited seating if you’re just waiting to for a take-out pizza.

I like Ledo’s…but one thing I REALLY wish they would do when dining in would be to serve the pizza on some kind of vented plate. When you order a pizza, say a meat lovers, that plastic serving plate gets tons of OIL on the bottom and without ventilation, the pizza gets very soggy and oily. My kids love their kids spaghetti… its the sweet marinara they use. I wish they gave more however, as the portions seem to be getting smaller. All in all, a decent dining experience.

The reason for the 2 stars is because I got charged twice for the same meal which is kind of annoying. The girl that served us was nice enough. The food was okay except the pizza kinda reminded me of the really cheap frozen pizzas. maybe it was only mine? Anyways I try to avoid this place since I can’t really trust them to get the right payment.

Always exceptional service! The marinara sauce is made with a secret recipe which makes them different from any other pizza chain so caution– you’ll get addicted

The Dons in Sterling is my new favorite pizza spot but Ledo’s is a good second choice.

Highly disappointed with the current Unilocal rating on this place. The service was both adolescent and absent. Once I received my food from another waitress, my «waitress» didn’t check on me until I needed the check. I would be more understanding if they were slammed and understaffed, but I was one of three active tables. On top of that, I heard the waitresses mock a customer that called asking whether or not they delivered?! As if it would be odd if a pizza place didn’t deliver. Where is the customer service? I read reviews raving over the service, I must have came during amateur hour!

Ledo’s really never fails. I love the pizza and their service is almost always good at the ones I’ve gone to. This location isn’t any different. The cashier was super nice and the food came out fast. Pizza is great as always. Thanks!

Ledo’s is one of the few remaining, old-school family pizza places. It is a good place for the kids. They are fairly vegetarian friendly. They will make an effort to make it things vegetarian if they can. I miss that artichoke hearts are no longer a pizza topping option, but you can get jalapeño and other toppings less common at a family pizza place. The wait staff are always friendly and try really hard. This is a regular stop in our restaurant rotation.

Had a meatlovers pizza, was an average oily pizza that fell apart when you bite into it.

I was pleasantly surprised. There’s a small dining in area, and service was very good. I had the stromboli which was cooked just right, very tasty with a not too sweet tomato sauce on the side. It was a filling generous portion. I’ll definitely return to try their pizza and calzone. Everything looked really tasty and I was pleased by the reasonable prices. I’ll now go here for pizza from now on.

I love ledo pizza, their dough is thin and yeasty and delicious. The toppings are always fresh and perfectly portioned per slice. If that’s not enough, they have awesome other menu options, they’re always quick, well priced for gourmet pizza ingredients, and their customer service is above and beyond. Any time I order carryout from here they ask if I’d like a glass of ice water while I wait… just one small example of how they go above and beyond to set themselves apart from other pizza places.

Let me start off with the service, it was great. There was a fair amount of people in the restaurant but my five friends and I never had to wave anyone down to help us. For the table we ordered two appetizers: Buffalo Chicken Baked Cheese Fries– think that sounds awesome? The fries were waffle fries and out of this world. Definitely something I am going to try to make at home. Margherita Bruschetta– I wish the bread was toasted a little bit longer but the mozzarella tasted fresh so it made up for the bread. Everyone ordered pizza so I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli Fettuccini Alfredo, I could have fed half of the table with the amount of pasta and chicken I received in the over sized bowl. The alfredo sauce was light and creamy. There were three pizzas on the table: The Cannonball, Ledo Delux sans bacon(I know, he’s weird), and Hawaiian. All of them were good!!! TIP: The pizzas are huge, a large is not your typical large but a little bigger. Make sure to ask your server before ordering way too much food like we did. We ended up taking three boxes home and most of my pasta.

Typical pizzaria atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Fairly comprehensive menu of appetizers, pasta, pizza and other Italian favorites. The crab, artichoke and cheese appetizer is excellent. Pizza crust is thin and flaky. Good but I prefer hand tossed. Ingredients taste fresh and the pizza sauce is great. Pepperoni is thick cut which I do not like. It just ends up lubbing the pizza. All in all good fresh food, reasonable prices and comfortable atmosphere. A clear step up from a Pizza Hut/Papa Johns experience.

Very clean and the staff is always polite and smiling. This location is by far the best of them all. Also, try their all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks. Its a great deal.
