History

Established in 2010.

After spending years in fire and hula hoop dancing entertainment, Caitlin «Spinnabel Lee» Matanle became the owner, producer, and lead entertainer of her own D.C. area — based contemporary circus entertainment company, Spinnabel Lee Entertainment LLC.

Today, Spinnabel Lee Entertainment provides Washington D.C., Baltimore, Richmond, and beyond with the most unique event entertainment services available. Through her company, Spinnabel partners with other fire and circus performers throughout the region to make important events absolutely unforgettable.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, hula hoop and fire entertainer, writer, and producer, I teach private lessons in theatrical creative movement and hoop dance. I am passionate about creative expression, business, and helping the world (that includes me!) become the best world imaginable.

In addition to producing and performing shows for my own company, I frequently collaborate with other performance groups. I also serve as a performance and choreography consultant for performance artists looking to expand upon their art and take their craft to a higher level of theatricality and inspired movement.
