Friendly professional service. Sometimes too busy and they seemed overwhelmed. So I think they are understaffed for pick hours.
Other than that is a very clean bank that fits my needs.

I don’t understand the bad reviews at all. The parking is simple, the spots are at an angle to make it easier to get in and out, there’s a guard outside at all times so it’s super safe and the staff is incredibly friendly! one of my favorite BoA locations

This place sucks. Period
The parking lot is a mess of weird angled spots that is just begging for that one dumbass driver to accidentally t-​bone you and speed off into the vagabond sunset. Even though there’s ample parking (maybe 15 spots?) it’s rare that you’ll get a spot because this place is busy. I mean, I think it’s the only banking location that’s close to a lot of people so they all converge on this one. This brings me to another point. It’s about 12PM on a Monday and I had to bring someone there to close their account and guess what… they were informed it was going to be an hour and a half wait! Seriously?!?

Worst bank of America ever.
If you speak English do not go here, while all employees speak perfect Spanish, broken English at best is what you’ll get. As such, regardless of the time if day the lines will be huge, as it is the one location catering to this clientele.
Parking lot also abysmal, security guard monitoring lot for obvious reasons. Sketchy. Very sketchy.
