Worst customer service ever! Went in with a photo of something I wanted made for a very special occasion, Isabel said it was not a problem. I went in a month before to give enough time to get the dress made, she said she would get the material and call me when she had it. Two weeks went by with no phone call or text, I text her asking if she had the material and she said she could call me the following week. That following week I waited a few more days and still no call so I sent her a text explaining that the function was only a week and a half away and I was hoping to have something started. She never responded, never called, nothing! I had to find someone else who could make my outfit on such short notice and thank god I did. My outfit came out so much better than expected by this other person and I got a lot of compliments. Its too bad because I have a huge family and we are always going to functions, Isabel would have probably got a lot of business from my family alone, but since she was so unprofessional I am now sending my friends and family to someone else. To think Isabel almost ruined a very special night for me, such bad business. Never go here!
