Logan Valet and Fly

Awful Customer Service!
If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. I called Logan Valet and Fly today and the owner (Bill) called me back from a Revere number. I tried to ask him a few questions about the valet service, specifically I was trying to determine where my car would be parked for a week while I was on vacation, since his sketchy website does not contain an address and just says «your vehicle will be kept at a secure offsite location.» When I asked specifically where my car would be located for the week, he said «we’ve never had an incident in 12 years, your car will be kept off-​site». When I asked him where the «offsite location» was and whether they were fenced lots or lots manned with security guards he said «goodbye ma’am» and hung up on me!
When a business owner refuses to answer (reasonable) questions regarding the service he is providing, you know something is fishy. Instead, I am booking with Logan Park, Shuttle & Fly, a far more legitimate company, open 24 hours a day, with a fenced lot, staffed with security guards around the clock, you don’t have to leave your keys and they provide door to door shuttle service to your terminal (and it ends up being cheaper than the shady Logan Valet and Fly).
Never trust someone who is unwilling to answer questions about their service! I felt uncomfortable with the idea of giving some stranger the keys to my car for a week (sight unseen) and my call to Bill only confirmed my hesitations. No thanks! Shocked this guy has been in business for 12 years with the way he treats customers and potential customers!
(For the record, I have been a long-​time Unilocal user, but have never posted a review before today, but I felt compelled based on how rude Bill was to me on the phone).

Exactly as the others said — the agent who answered the phone was a total ass… and treated me like I was the idiot (he actually, I think he said that!) The ad says «from $ 99 for up to 7 days», so I asked under what conditions that was applicable, since he had just quoted $ 189. His response was basically «You are an idiot if you think you can get valet parking for 8 days $ 99», and hung up on me. First of all he was rude, second of all it WASN’T 8 days, it was 7, and third I was just asking «under what conditions that rate was applicable». What kind of morons do you (owner Bill) have working for you? (Sunday 1/​25, 12:45 PM)

I just called them to see if there was any availability on short notice. Their website states 24 hr reservations. The man told me they were full and hung up. The lack of availability is not an issue. The manner that the representative handles it was rude and unnecessary. The other review with the hang up seems accurate.
