Disgusting. Deliberately deceptive. Rude and horrible. We brought in our own phone on monday and set it up to our existing plan. On wednesday we called customer care to cancel it. We were instructed to contact this same store as it was within 14 days. But the rep on duty, Stanley, refused to help us. He refused to even look in our account. Where it was clearly listed by corporate that the original store needed to disconnect it. He didnt want to get hit with the «cancelation». Stanley refused to give us his managers information and then hung up on us. He all but said he would rather be helping customers who want to «buy».
Avoid at all costs.

I came in on a Tuesday to switch carriers to get more data for their sale price, $ 50/​phone. The process was great and the woman who helped me was excellent. She said it would be in store within two days on Thursday. I went Thursday, no phone. I went Friday because I was told the order was late and would be in Friday. On Friday the manager told me my phone was never ordered.
No resolution to my issue. I left the store without a phone or a solution, just with sprints number to call.

When I went there to upgrade my phone through easy pay, I was very displeased. They kept my phone. I thought I was part of the easy pay deal, but it wasn’t. When I found out that it wasn’t, I called corporate. Corporate called this sprint and they said they were suppose to give me credit and gave they credit to someone else. If they had asked if I wanted to use it for the buy back, I wouldn’t be so furious. But, he just took it. I really should’ve questioned it. After corporate contacted them, they gave me store credit. It was only $ 40. On the sprint website It says I could get more than that for my phone. I got cheated out on money, so for that, I will never go back to this store. Also, I paid an activation fee there, along with the phone. When I logged on to my sprint account, I noticed that I was charged for the activation fee again, on my bill. When I questioned with corporate, they told me that they’re suppose to put the activation fee on the bill and I’m not suppose to pay it up front. Having it on my bill, instead of paying up front, would’ve been a lot easier for me. After all of that trouble, I can not go back there.

I had the exact opposite experience here. Went in to get my phone fixed after it was having some issues and was met with a helpful staff who did their jobs flawlessly and professionally. Asked the dude a bunch of questions and he was really eager to help, not frustrated like I was taking away his time or something. Overall, great experience.

This place is so awful I felt compelled to add it to Unilocal just because I felt innocent people deserved to know. I went to this store to get a replacement for my phone, which had a hardware fault. They told me that I would be able to pick it up Tuesday of the next week. I was satisfied with that and left. On Tuesday, I called them to ask if my phone had come in. They said that the phone was on back order and that they wouldn’t have it until Friday. Of course, they didn’t bother to call me and tell me that. I had to call them. I was a little annoyed, but I said thank you and hung up. So Friday rolls around and I call them again. The person who answered the phone said that they would have the phone on Tuesday. No explanation, no apology for making me wait a week more than they promised. So on Tuesday, I get a call from them during the middle of the day when I couldn’t answer the phone. Of course, they don’t bother to leave a voicemail or try to call again. I don’t have the phone number, so I had no idea who called me. I called the number back and found out that it was the store, but no one bothered to answered the phone. I waited until the end of the day and called again. This time someone answered the phone and told me that the phone was at the store, but I couldn’t pick up the phone because «the technician went home» and the sales associate claimed there was no way she could give me the phone. I’m pretty upset at this point because now in order to get the phone it meant I needed to change my schedule to pick it up because the technicians weren’t around after normal people get out of work. I went to the store the next morning to pick up my phone. The sales associate there got the phone for me (apparently, the sales associate the night before had LIED to me about sales associates not being able to give people replacement phones), but took forever getting it set up because he stopped to speak to two customers ON THE PHONE instead of helping me. At the same time, he was speaking Spanish to some guy sitting at the counter at the store (I couldn’t figure out whether this guy was a store employee, or a customer, or just the sales associate’s friend who was hanging around). I finally got my phone and I will NEVER go to this store ever again.
