I rely on Unilocal almost daily, yet have never written a review before. I felt compelled to write a review for Systems Electrical after coming across Ellen’s poor review. As someone who has used their services as well as recommended their services (to which I have always heard extremely high remarks), I just couldn’t help myself. I have been a customer of Systems Electrical for over 10 years and would never use anyone else. The professionalism, experience, dedication and thorough work they do is truly remarkable. They are consistently reliable and I highly recommend.

If a rating of LESS than an ‘F’ grade was possible, Systems Electrical Services would rank high at the top of the list. They fabricate untrue excuses for mediocre work, they do not return phone messages, and they do not stand behind services provided.
I used this Company a couple of years ago to do some interior and exterior wiring at my retail storefront. They were not inexpensive, however, they did the requested work, and, at the time, I was happy with the work… or, so I thought.
Shortly thereafter, there was a problem with the lighting that they installed. They sent a representative to correct it and he informed me that there was a problem with the initial installation, and he corrected it… or, so I thought. Soon after, there was another problem with the same lighting, and they sent someone else out to correct it… or, so I thought.
Fast forward, a year later, and continuing problems with the same lighting. The Company replaced the fixture and CHARGED me for it (which I thought was unfair, however, I paid the price simply to get it resolved). I thought it was finally done… or, so I thought.
Now, the same problem is occurring to the same lighting. I talked once to one of the owner’s who told me that the problem was that inexpensive lighting had initially been chosen for the job needing to be done, which was not the case. We selected the lighting recommended by Systems Electrical.
I have now left probably 6 messages — the owners’ and the administrative staff — none of which anyone has had the courtesy to call me back.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY’S SERVICES.

Systems Electrical Services provides quality service and support. Their work is top-​notch and their employee helpful and knowledgeable. From big repairs to small repairs, they’ve done it all for me.
