On Saturday September 19 the Commuter Rail to Salem was closed for repairs. Passengers at North Station were directed to take the T, 3 transfers, to the Lynn Commuter Rail station. We bought our tickets and were told we would be given FREE access to the T for our trip. We had round trip tickets.
On the way back, about 9 PM or so, there were NO T workers to let us through the stiles. So no free ride. That is inconsistent with their promise.
