Doggy Styles

Took my puppy in for his first grooming appointment. The staff and owner made me and my dog feel so comfortable. My dog left looking fantastic and smelling great! My dog and I were very pleased with the service. They answered all my questions and gave me a doggie packet with various information for new dog owners. We will definatly be back.

Have known Nikki for many years and she’s always taken a lot of pride in her career and done excellent grooming on our dogs. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with doggy Styles for years and love the professional work that they do. Good caring place, loves pets, they care for them nicely and I love the way they make my dog look when she is cut. Great place to take your pet. Thanks for the nice work always.

There was a time when I would have given Nikki five stars. Not today. We’ve been going to Nikki for about six years and she used to be outstanding. I’m sorry to say that is no longer the case. I have excused her tardiness in the past because she was so good. (I would make an appointment for opening time and she would be late. Store would not even be open on time.) Here is the last straw though: if you want your pet back in a timely manner — she no longer does that. Nikki is talented and listens to instruction very well on how you want your pet cut. However, the last two times we have been there — she has been severely understaffed. This last time we dropped our beloved pet off at 1PM and after having him for nearly 5 ½ hours; all that had been done was a bath and nail trim. When asked over the phone how much longer was told another two hours. Our beloved Shih Tzu is already traumatized enough just to go to the groomer much less be caged for nearly five hours or more without a bathroom break or water. I went and retrieved him (without getting his haircut) because I was so disappointed. I was not even given an apology by someone who I had trusted for six years. Instead she wanted to know why I was upset. Really? You have my dog 5 ½ hours and tell me you still can’t get to him before three others and you want to know why I’m upset? She informed me that she was the only groomer there and she had eleven dogs. That’s not my problem. If you are understaffed, you explain that to the customer up front. You do not take on more animals then what you can handle. That is extremely poor customer service. We will not be returning.

Just got back vet and my dog has kennel cough. Since this is the only place my dog has been around other dogs he feels strongly picked it up at groomers. Will never ever use again. They should pay the 215.00 vet bill I’ve incurred.
