Excellent experience with Madame Goshia, kind and very friendly. I went for a facial with groupon (gift) and couldn’t be more pleased. I even came the wrong date and she took me anyway which was fabulous because I live far from the salon. Extremely professional, highly recommended. My face is all «repulp» and look fantastic. It was a deep facial session.
Wish I could afford to go every month minimum!!! But even though the regular price $ 75.00 is worth the result. Her massage on neck and shoulder is divine. Thank you so much Madame Goshia, you made my day:)

Can this klutz style her hair so that it looks as cute as it did in the salon? Yes I can. I had been with my previous stylist for a long time and was happy with her just not the salon with its extremely conservative views. I had to go. It had been 8 months since my last cut if you don’t count me going after my own hair with scissors! Lyndzie spent a lot of time getting to know my hair and listening to how much time I want to put into styling it (none). She actually heard me. Now the cut is definitely shorter than i had wanted. Perhaps it was because I was going to be gone for 4 months or perhaps it was because I had been in a rut with my previous stylist and Lyndzie saw me with different eyes. It is definitely cute. The real test was going to be when I first shampooed and styled my own hair. Yippee. It still looks good. So I highly recommend Goshia’s and Lyndzie especially for any of you that want to change salon’s but are afraid to. The new do works for me!

I found this salon through a Groupon search for affordable facials. I am happy with the facial I received, especially at that price point. It is regularly $ 70 but with the Groupon it was $ 31. It included extractions and derma wand. That’s an amazing value. A lot of places charge $ 100+ for all that. The spa was clean, decorated and the facial was very relaxing. I found Mdme Goshia very friendly and charming. She didn’t scold me, hurt me, or harass me into buying anything. (A much different experience than my last facial at another spa). She offered me another facial at the same price and gave recommendations as to different procedures and how often they could be performed. I’m no aesthetician but it sounded legitimate to me.
I only gave it 4 stars because of a couple things. I felt like she could’ve extracted a bit more, I was left waiting about 10 – 15 minutes before anyone waited on me (not a long time but it made me antsy and wonder if I’d been in a time crunch would it happen again) and the parking lot. It’s a big lot but it’s down a steep hill and kind of hard to get to except from 1 direction. If you make an appointment during icy weather you may want to get there early to look for street level parking.
She also offered another facial at the same discounted price and offered to do some specialized treatments custom to me. I didn’t take her up on it because it was a bit of a drive from where I live. I’m already regretting it. I’m thinking of doing microdermabrasion and she mentioned she offers that as well as peels. I’d love to see a review from someone who’s had those services performed there because it’s more affordable there than at my dermatologist.

This salon is a gem. I would definitely go back! The salon sits on Main Street in what looks like a small building, but when you go it in the place is much bigger than it appears from the outside. The staff was very welcoming and the wait was very short. The stylist did a great job consulting and give me the cut that I was seeking. I highly recommend Jenifer if you are looking for a nice hair style. I haven’t tried their other services yet, but I look forward to going back and experiencing the other services they offer.

I have been a client at Goshia’s since she opened many years ago. The spa has grown and expanded to a beautiful facility that caters to everyone’s needs. The staff is friendly & confident. I have had manis, pedis, hair cut, coloring, blow out and massages — all were great. Highly recommend that you check out this gem of Reynoldsburg.
