Best massage in Rhinebeck (and surrounding areas) Helen specializes in deep tissue therapeutic massage AND has preformed Reiki on me and IT WORKS!!! You have to get one done… You may be a little sore afterwards, but that means you’re way overdue for a visit by these healing hands!!!

As good as it gets it’s an understatement. Helen has magic hands and has helped me heal and continue to work and move. Her prices are super reasonable. I have purchased gift certificates for friends and family and highly recommend her to anyone who needs or wants bodywork. She is extriemly knowledgeable and her touch is super healing.

Helen Hetherington is an extremely skilled deep tissue massage therapist. She also has experience working with musicians and really understands the issues which go along with fields/​skills requiring repetitive muscle activity. And even if you are not a musician but are someone who uses your body every day and needs a massage – she’s the best!
