Business Owner

We are a retired military family… we retired from the Army after 21 years of service in 2001. Upon retirement we returned home to Oregon and searched high and low for a spectacular place to live. We found that home on Mt. Hood. Finally, we love the culinary achievements in the beer, wine and coffee industries that the NW is so famous for. So, we decided to jump right into the beverage scene and opened up our roastery in 2002. We love what we do and we are absolutely committed to roasting the most delicious and highest quality Arabica coffees in the world.
