Discount Carpet

First, Al is a really nice individual. He goes out of his way to make you happy as a customer. I know that Al is limited on what he can do because he is employed, however.
Faye, is not my fav. She did not return my call unless I was calling to give her more business (i.e,., give her more money for baseboards… She quoted me $ 1100 dollars but she did not take measurements)
I got the most expensive lament (Core-​lite) laid with carpeting (house is approx 2700 sqft) and the only thing that was left was a $ 30 piece that she wanted me to buy out-​of-​my-​pocket because the tile was not laid by her, so she was not going to get a strip. BUT she did offer to pay for the contractor. ****I am assuming if the piece cost $ 30, then she may have only offered him $ 5 – 10.****
The work was done decently (I liked it) and that is why I gave 3 ½ stars, but don’t expect Faye to really go out of her way to help and keep your business.
I am sure that Faye will reply to this post «acting» like she wants to help me, but I am not in need of anymore of her services. I just know where the buck stop with Discount Carpet.

I called five different carpet places
For quotes and possible installation times because I needed some carpet installed ASAP… This place was less expensive than the others and it was also the only one who could install the next day… Awesomeness.

I Bought 2 pieces carpet from Discount Carpet and Faye was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The reason I bought from her was the price and customer service, she called me with updates and gave me a great deal on the carpet for my office. Thank you Faye.

We just had our guest house recarpeted and it was a really easy process using Discount Carpet. Thank you Fay for helping us out! We love our carpet and the install team was very professional. THANKS!

I have a rental property and needed new flooring immediately. I called three places before Discount Carpet and was very pleased with the prices they offered vs the others. Faye (I think she is the store manager) came to me with samples that evening. I ordered on a Tuesday and my carpet and laminate wood flooring was installed that Friday. The job was very clean, the installers and employees were very helpful and made the process easy and quick.
Definitely would recommend this place.

I wasn’t too pleased with this place. The first time I went in there was only one person working who was on the phone for a long time, when she finally got off the phone and came over to talk to me, the phone rang again and she ran off. That happened a couple times. I picked out a carpet and she offered me an amazing price quote on it. I told her I want it and would talk with my installer, then come back in to order the carpet when I had an install date set.
It ended up my installer could do it rather quickly so I went in the next morning to order, the lady wasn’t there, instead there was another woman who kind of seemed like she was babysitting the store, couldn’t answer any questions. She took my number and said the first lady would call me back to set up the order. I waited all day for the call, then around 5:30 that evening the lady called me and the price had now changed to over $ 200 more than first quoted. I declined the offer and basically wasted a whole day on that mess while I could of spent the time visiting other carpet stores.
I don’t recommend this place.
