Don’s Bikes of Rialto

I love Scott & his crew. I just started biking last year and Scott had made sure that I was properly fitted for just the right bike and gear. I purchased a road bike which I love but will be riding 150 miles on the GAP back East. Scott found the perfect all road bike for me & is even helping me with the transport carrier to get it back East. Both my bike get free tune ups & other adjustments not covered are at a nominal fee. This place & his second store in Redlands is off the chain in price, service & maintenance. Check em out — you’ll be pleased.

Scott was able to answer every question I had and pick out the best bike for me. The staff was friendly and they have a great selection. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer off and on for a couple years. They are attentive and bunch of cool guys. But today I needed a part for my bike. I recently ordered a special part and I pre paid for the item I told them that the part was at the companies website and was listed at retail for $ 19.99. Which they honored. But today 4÷19÷16 the part I needed for my bike had a Retail Price Of $ 12.00 Confirmed By Giant Bicycles and was Not a Special Order. They wanted to sell me the part for $ 24.99 and $ 25 to put it on. 2 bolts and the shifter line??? $ 50 plus tax. CRAZY… I’m not being cheap !! I want a fair price. Beware if you need a Bike Part and you can wait… look Online First… Be careful of over priced parts because … They know you need them… I will wait… and order online. Way cheaper…

Best bike shop I’ve ever been to, after shopping around for my first road bike at multiple stores I decided to buy here and they were very knowledgeable about they’re products. Along with a very family like atmosphere versus a pressured dealership type setting. this shop really is passionate about cycling instead of profiting. Definitely recommended and will shop here again.

Very happy with my experience here! There are lots of other bike shops to choose from but I chose this one because they were so helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what type of bike I was looking for. Scott was so helpful he brought 2 bikes from the Redlands store to the Rialto store just so I can test ride them. I chose the bike he recommended and I am extremely happy with it. I’ve been back three other times since I purchased my bike and every time the staff is so courteous and helpful.

My husband and I went to Don’s Bicycles looking for bikes for the family and we felt like we were part of the family! We experienced superb customer service, Scott was very helpful and gave us a lot of great information on the best bikes out there. We purchased a beautiful Schwinn beach cruiser for only 100 bucks and u cant beat the lifetime warranty and tune ups. Highly recommend Dons Bicycles! :o)

Had an excellent experience today at Don’s bike shop. I live in Riverside and would not normally travel that far. But a friend of mine recommended the shop. I called earlier and spoke with a man named John who told me to see him when I came in with my bike. I needed to get my rear wheel trued. He was super nice. I also had four different people asked me if I needed any help while I waited for a little while at the store. Very friendly people. Nice clean store. I will be back!

Probably one of the best bike shops I’ve been too went in to fix my bike and come out with a new one. Great place to go highly recommend

John the Mechanic took good care of me! He installed the headset, cutting the steer tube, and installing the cranksets! in & out within an hour! excellent customer service!

Purchased a bike for my son for christmas and love their service!!! everyone at shop is so helpful, knowledgeable and so kind, I purchased bike and with purchase you can take bike once a month for tune up! I am looking into purchasing a fast bike for myself and will definitely purchase here!!*****

It’s been years and I have yet to receive my felt Abraham linkage forks which I paid to get ordered. Great service when it comes to working on your bike but their younger salesman obviously not so good. I brought in a felt beach cruiser to have to have the crank rebuilt and tuned up which I was very pleased.

Customer since 1999, what can I say. Treated like royalty when I walk in, they call me by name as soon as I walk in. If not busy my bike goes right on stand for maintenance. Kudos to owner Scott, mgr Ben, my mechanic Kevin. Got to put out an atta boy to Ian and Damon (spellling?) as well. Only negative is that they are so well liked it can be busy.

Don’s is named the best in the Inland Empire for a reason. They’ll work on anything from a kid’s bike to a 10,000 dollar racing bike. I tried to get a custom frame build at Incycle, another popular bike shop. Simply put, if I would have tried riding the bike they built for me, it would have fallen apart and caused serious injuries. Nothing was done correctly. Not even the brakes were installed properly, and they gave up halfway through, and didn’t even try working on my girlfriend’s bike, which had similar specs to mine. They told me to give up on both bikes.
I decided to take both bikes to Don’s to get built. From the moment I walked in they showed interest in gaining my business. Within a week we were riding our bikes. The head mechanic did a beautiful job on both bikes. Both bikes ride like a dream and have excellent build quality. He answered all my questions and fixed all the concerns I had about my bike, and about my girlfriend’s bike.
A week later, I busted 3 spokes on my bike. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg, they offered me less pricey solutions. Another bike shop would have screwed me over and charged me 80 bucks to buy a box of 20 spokes when I only need 3, but not Don’s.
I live in Glendora, CA, and I am still willing to make the 2 hour long drive in traffic to Rialto for service like this. I’ve met people who live in LA or Big Bear who make the drive to Don’s instead of going to closer bike shops. Save yourself a headache and just go to Don’s. They’ll make it right the first time and earn your business for a lifetime.

Excellent service, really took the time to help find the right bike for my fiancé. They adjusted for fitting, pedals, helmet and each step along the way was explained to ensure comfort and safety during riding. He ensured we were satisfied along the way and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!!!

Came in a bike newbie, left with a lot more knowledge and a Cannondale! :) From start to finish my hubby and I had exceptional service from Ian. He was friendly and took the time to explain things. I especially liked the fact that he didn’t try to sell us the most expensive items– in fact he told my hubby to go for the cheaper chain since he wasn’t racing and the double cost of the more expensive chain was more for weight than durability. We will definitely be bringing our bikes back regularly for our free lifetime tune-​ups. This store was a great find!

They have different bikes from many different sizes and different price ranges, I was helped by Ian. Pretty knowledgable with his cycling stuff! Ended up buying a Electra cruiser 1 beach cruiser!

This was my second time at Don’s. I’m glad I went back. I Purchase a bike from a membership club and was very unhappy. Ian at Don’s made my day! I’m very picky and couldn’t decide on the perfect bike for me. It was worse then buying a pair shoes and matching outfit. I tried out a number of different bikes and Ian was patient and knowledgeable the perfect salesman. I can’t wait to go for a nice ride. Keep up the GOOD WORK YOU’RE AWESOME!
