$ 10 «Labor» per wheel to dismount tires. $ 40 for no more than 5 mins of work… what is the Hourly Shop Rate? Ridiculous!

Everyone here is very nice. I got 4 ties for my car. It is clean in the waiting room.
I have had them rebalanced and a tire flat repaired, each time, very courteous and got the job done.
When they balanced them they did forget to put the center caps back on, but after one phone call, they put them back on.
I like coming here, than a regular pep boys.
Just tire and auto, no store.

I came here today to get air in my tires. They were very friendly and no one tried to pressure me into getting any services even though I was just getting a free service. He didn’t even accept my tip. The employee that greeted me and the one that filled my tires were both very pleasant and I was helped right away. I also brought a friend here for new tires when they had just barely opened and I found their service excellent then also. I will definitely be back.

This used to be a Discount Tire Center and was much better when it was! They won’t honor any DTC policies and when I left my car their for an oil change they totally screwed it over! When I called to complain they had the nerve to tell me their guy didn’t mess up! I will NEVER bring my car here again and I discourage any reading this from bring your car to them! You have been warned! I only put one star up because Unilocal requires one but I would give this place –5 stars!

Excellent service and friendly staff. I would recommend these guys to anyone! I came in with a flat tire and I was helped right away early in the morning and drank coffee while it was being fixed. Thanks to these guys my day wasn’t a total loss!

I got a coupon in the mail for oil change for $ 21 so I came here. I wasn’t too sure about the way it looks but for the price I figure why not. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less. They did a complimentary vehicle inspection a free check engine lights scan and made me a list of some up and coming maintenance things I need to do and a list of prices.

I really needed an oil change! This place just opened up so I decided to try it! I was a little hesitant after seeing other pep boys reviews! But I gave it a shot!
I came in on a Friday in the afternoon! They took my car in right away! It only took 30 minutes for an oil change! They didn’t pressure me for any add on like most places do! Awesome service!!!
