Business Owner

Richard Bracken practices Immigration Law in California’s Inland Empire. Since he began solely practicing immigration law his office has helped thousands of families and individuals enter or remain in the United States legally.

Richard attended and graduated from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas with a Juris Doctorate’s degree in 1999. He has been a member of the Kansas Bar since 2001 (#20 076).

Prior to private practice he achieved the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) during the Iraq War. With the Army he was among the first to introduce immigration law to soldiers and their families by assisting them with their personal immigration matters. Prior to departing military service he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.

In addition to his services as a JAG officer, Richard worked as an appointed Part Time Military Magistrate and also as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.
