Today I had the worst customer service from a lady named Kristen from AA agency. So here is what happened, I received a phone call from Kristen saying that due to a national issue at the passport headquarters I can not be able to have my passport on time (she forwarded an e-​mail from Beth Pompano, Customer Service Manager
Houston Passport Agency which says «In addition, please do not distribute our email or phone number to your customer for them to „verify“. Any more emails/​call») I copy paste the whole thing. Which is understandable but I have a ticket which will expire if I don’t travel on time, instead of explaining other options this lady literally screamed at me for what will happen to the money I paid to expedite and my ticket… Instead of calming me down she was totally rude and was not professional at all… So please miss Kristen please work on your customer service otherwise the agency will lose a lot of business

We needed to get Canada passport photos, something that’s not commonly available this far south of the border. The passport office is very picky about the pose, the dimensions, type of photo paper and so on. The people at AA Passport handled it in a very friendly and professional manner, through John Follis (

People are very nice. No complaint there. But…
Paid $ 150+ for their processing fee (in addition to $ 170 US Dept of State fee). After paying this you still have to drive to processing office 15 – 20 min North of their office for additional $ 25 fee and wait in line. Took an hour to get through the line. No joke. Only to be told that something AA Passport overlooked would prevent me from having application processed. Bummer!
Suggestion: If need passport within 2 weeks go to official downtown Dallas passport office. Made an appointment within 24 hrs of calling, and had passport in my hand 48 hrs later. Total cost? $ 170 passport fee + $ 20 expedited fee = $ 190.
Need a passport fast?
Avoid them and go strait to the source. It’ll be cheaper and way faster. You will be happier.

Ron was incredibly helpful as we tried to recover from FedEx completely losing my daughter’s passport. We had to get a new passport and Chinese visa in the 11th hour, which AA expedited successfully. But then we had another FedEx snafu and faced yet another trip delay. Ron was on the phone with FEdEx multiple times and through his persistence was able to arrange an after-​hours pickup from DFW on a Sunday night so my daughter was able to make her flight. I really cannot imagine better customer service and am very grateful.

If I could give this a zero I would. This company is incompetent. There is no reason to fedex a passport and visa with no signature required and without giving the customer the tracking information. Also there is no excuse for sending very important paperwork to the wrong address specifically when the correct address is on all the paperwork and that address was confirmed. Do not trust this company in getting you back your passport.

Teresa at AA was a dream to work with! I was in and out within 8 minutes and she even is having a print of my passport available to me within 24 hours. Being from NYC I generally expect everything to be slow outside of NY, but they are lightning fast here and so kind to boot. Definitely recommend for all passport/​visa needs.

I felt compelled to share my horrible experience with AA Passports.
I needed a rush passport and paid $ 450 in order to do so. I had a couple of extra days but paid to do the 24 hour service to be safe. I called two days prior to my departure to check on the status since I had not heard anything. When I called I learned that my passport was not issued (they did not call me to let me know). It was a Friday and another form had to be sent to Houston which would not get there in time for my original flight on Sunday. I was assured I would have my passport for a flight 10 am Tuesday morning, I called several times on Monday to speak with rude staff and never received the same answer twice. I was finally told at 4:50 pm the day before travel that it was issued and that my passport would not arrive until 10:30 am, which would cause me to miss my flight I was assured I would be able to make. I now am waiting in their office after paying another fee to get my passport rush couriered to me to possibly make my flight and they will not do anything to help.
I do not recommend this agency, they have cost me an additional $ 400 and are flat out rude and unhelpful.

I went in 12 days before I was set to travel and they took care of everything, from paperwork to picture. It was so easy and FAST! As soon as it came in, they called me and I picked it up — no problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing quick service.

I have just returned from Shanghai, China… which would NOT have happened without Sunny’s help!
I’d hired another passport/​visa company 3 months prior to my departure. After endless excuses and undelivered promises the other company told me, 2 days prior to departure, that I had to apply for the visa in Houston, in person.
Not True! Needless to say, I was in a panic.
My husband found AA Passport online and was able to talk to Sunny after hours. He gave me very specific instructions to take the next morning and then went to work with his incredible network of contacts.
Much to my amazement, I was able to board my flight to Shanghai… passport and visa in hand!
Sunny absolutely saved my trip!!!
The entire office staff, including Kristen (Office Manager) was very helpful, efficient and polite.
I will ALWAYS rely on AAPassport & Visa Expedite Services, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone without reservation.

Just returned from Brazil and had an amazing FIFA World Cup Experience due to the team at AA Passport in Dallas. The Brazilian consulate in Houston was not accepting any applications a few weeks prior to my trip but thanks to AA Passport, I was still able to get my visa just in time for my once in a lifetime trip. India Visa was needing to be renewed, which is typically a major pain. I decided to ‘outsource’ the end to end mgmt. of the process to aapassports. I could not have had a better experience. The process took a bit longer than expected, but that is because India is currently dragging their feed on issuing visas. Kristen at aapassports kept me updated periodically, which was great. I work with a large company in Dallas and we are sending all of our indian visa and passport needs to aapassports now.

I can’t believe these people. I have used Travel Visa Pro for visas in the past, but it requires me to mail my passport. I do not want to do this if it can be avoided. I sent my wife to AA to arrange visas to Viet Nam for the following week.
We had reviewed their prices online, and found them to be a bit high, but better than being out of control of your passport. Upon arrival, we were told the consular fee from VN for a single entry, 1 month visa was $ 180. This is not correct, it is currently $ 100 (I called and verified this with the consulate). Then we were told their rush processing is $ 145. On their website, it notes the price is $ 95. I confronted the man about this, but he says that they ‘just changed the prices, and they’re not negotiable.“
I’m not sure what makes people think they can lie, cheat or steal. If you’re expensive, that’s great. Just be honest about it up front. We’ll never try them again.

The examples of the previous few reviews are the rule. They did the job… poorly. They had my passport and visa for a number of days and didn’t contact me stating they tried and didn’t have the correct phone number. I guess the email and the correct phone number on my invoice was not good enough for any of the too many employees in the office. Anybody can file its the follow through that sets employees and companies apart. I will find another company to use in the future and I recommend you do the same. No one cares for liars.

I am very sorry to hear of the bad experiences others had with this agency — for me, I cannot relate. I received the most PERSONALIZED customer service from AA Passports.
I had just changed my named and had a PAPER driver’s license and a RECEIPT for my SS card replacement for new name. Isaac was upfront with me about needing extra documentation and what I needed to do. I followed his directions EXPLICITLY and my passport was delivered 6 DAYS EARLY.
I found the staff to be extremely professional and thorough. Their fees are beyond reasonable. Their flexibility is amazing — they were able to help me the day I called while I would have had to wait TWO WEEKS to get a post office appointment. I actually got my passport BACK before my post office appointment!
These people are the real deal. Anyone I know needing a passport I am sending here WITHOUT reservation.

SCAM FRAUD SCAM FRAUD! I paid $ 485 for an «expedited» work Visa to Brazil. After not hearing from AA Passport for several days after it was due back, I called and asked about the status. I was given a litany of excuses, none of which mattered a bit to me. No apologies, just BS about the Consulate didn’t do this or that. I paid nearly $ 500 so I wouldn’t have to deal with these problems. Bottom line is they accepted payment, didn’t deliver (and didn’t bother to tell me), and were indignant that I was pissed. They did not uphold their obligation to render services. They never bothered to tell me, and they acted put-​out that I had the nerve to actually expect my work Visa and that I was really going to Brazil. See, the challenge is that to get a visa to Brazil you have to book the flight first. The consulate wants to see a return flight! So yes, I had to book the flight to get the visa; and then this goofball company can’t deliver. had to find out on my own 36 hours before my flight. Their excuse? First, it was Brazil wasn’t issuing anymore visas. «Fine, then surely you have a rejection letter. Let me see it.» Nope, just expected me to take her word for it. Then the excuse was that FedEx didn’t deliver my application in time. «Fine, let me see the tracking numbers» She said, «We don’t have to give them to you.» Actually, you do. They are mine. I paid for them. It’s right here on my receipt. BUT THEY DON’T EXIST! YOU NEVER SUBMITTED MY PACKET! They couldn’t show me a rejection letter from the Consulate. No proof our passports ever made to the Consulate. All they had were verbal excuses and refusal to refund my money. Their solution was less than laughable: «Drive to the Consulate in Houston. I can’t get you an appointment until next week, but if you show up and be ‘first in line’ tomorrow morning, they might issue you a Visa. Or not. It’s not my problem now.» I disputed the charged at my bank and was refunded in full (see photos of my statement itemizing the refund).

Did a great job with my kids passports. Helped us avoid lines at the County Clerk’s office and got our passports in less than 7 days.
They were even open on Sunday which helped us out alot. Good customer service, too.
